The room is about 22m2 and has a large window so that it is always beautifully bright. Due to the high ceilings it is again larger and you have enough storage space. The room will be unfurnished, perhaps there are individual pieces of furniture that you could take after consultation, but we will clarify this when you visit.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 22m² groß und hat ein großes Fenster, sodass es immer schön hell ist. Durch die hohen Decken ist es nochmal größer, und man hat aufjedenfall genügend Stauraum. Das Zimmer wird unmöbilieret vergeben, vielleicht gibt es einzelne Möbelstücke, die du nach Absprache übernehmen könntest, das klären wir aber bei einer Besichtigung.
The city centre is within 10 minutes walking distance. 100 meters from the door is the main road stop of line 3, with which you are in the city centre within 4 minutes. All important shops are within 5 minutes walking distance to the forest you can also jog only 5 minutes. The situation could not be better.
Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. 100 Meter von der Tür entfernt befindet sich die Haltestelle Hauptstraße der Linie 3, mit der man innerhalb von 4 Minuten in der Innenstadt ist. Alle wichtigen Geschäfte sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, bis in den Wald joggt man auch nur 5 Minuten. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein.
We are a mixed WG with (advanced) students and professionals. It likes to be cooked together or a movie is looked together on the couch. The roommates are all very relaxed and look forward to meeting in the WG.
Wir sind eine gemischte WG mit (fortgeschrittenen) Studenten und Berufstätigen. Es wird gerne zusammen gekocht oder mal auf der Couch ein Film zusammen geschaut. Die Mitbewohner sind alle sehr entspannt und freuen sich auf Miteinander in der WG.
Perhaps there is the possibility to obtain the room already in the middle/end of May, the exact date is not yet fixed. We could discuss this in the tour. There is still a discount payment i.H.v. 250€ In which for example the cost of kitchen incl. Dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator are included, which we purchased as WG.
Vielleicht besteht die Möglichkeit das Zimmer schon Mitte/Ende Mai zu beziehen, das genaue Datum steht noch nicht fest. Das könnten wir schon in der Besichtigung besprechen. Es gibt noch eine Abschlagszahlung i.H.v. 250€ worin zum Beispiel die Kosten für Küche inkl. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank enthalten sind, die wir als WG angeschafft haben.
