Hi, I am Zolf, 22 years old and studying art history and BWL at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität. For my 2-room apartment in Freiburg-Herdern I am looking for a roommate from June 2025.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und ist gut angebunden (1 Min. bis zur Bahnstation). Das Zimmer ist etwa 11m2 groß, es gibt eine separate Küche und ein Badezimmer. Die Warmmiete für das Zimmer beträgt ca. 500 € monatlich. Zusätzlich verfügt die wohnug über ein Hinterhof (platz für die Fahrräder), ein Abstellraum und ein Keller.

Kurz noch über mich:
Wie man es anhand meines Studiengangs merkt, bin ich sehr Kunst begeistert. Jedoch habe ich auch noch andere Interessen, wie z.B. verschiedene sportliche Aktivitäten. So bin ich immer dafür offen, gemeinsam etwas zu unternehmen. Des weiteren arbiete ich in ein Fitnessstudio und besuche eine Werkstatt. Ich lege einen großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und respektvollen Umgang miteinander.
