The room is available from 1 January. The room is bright, spacious and has a large French windows with a nice view of the surrounding areas. The apartment has a separate area for cooking and a shared bathroom/toilet. The floor is parquet and there is central heating. The technical faculty is less than 10 minutes by cycle and Messe is also nearby. There is also a fridge and a microwave oven in the kitchen area. There's also a balcony.
I'd prefer if you would buy my old furniture for 130€. (Bed, table, cupboard, small table, mattress, pillow)
It's a 5 minute walk to the closest tram stop and 10 minutes to Freiburg Herdern Bahnhof. A DM is right next to the building and it's 5 minutes to a Kaufland by foot and 10 minutes walk to Lidl/Aldi. There's also a Döner place and an international groceries store under the apartment building.
It's a flatshare for 2 people.
The rent is currently 485€ for me which does NOT include electricity and internet (420 kaltmiete + 65 for water heating, garbage, etc.). A parking place is included in the kaltmiete.
You can view the room preferably on Saturdays/Sundays. Let me know.
You may have to sublet from me for the 1st month (for 485€) since Campo Novo administration usually takes some time to prepare the contract. After that, you will get a normal contract with Campo Novo.
