Dear room searchers,
A room is getting vacated in a 5 people WG in the Ferdinand Weiß Str. The room is about 18sq in a flat of about 100sq on the 7th floor. The room is fully furnished with a bed, 2 wardrobes, a cupboard, a desk and an office chair. Bed kit incl. mattress, pillows and bed sheet is also available.
The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you would need to be in the kitchen for. A huge fridge, water boiler, microwave, sandwich maker, juicer mixer, nespresso machine, you name it, its probably there. Plates, cups, cutlery, everythings is taken care of.
Adjacent to it is our living room with a huge TV and an equally big sofa. From the balcony you have an 180° view of the whole of Freiburg, from Schönberg to Rosskopf, incl Schlossberg.
The apartment is 5 minute walking distance from the tram stop Stühlinger im Rathhaus (lines 1, 3, 4 and 5). It takes 30 seconds to the bus stop Vogesenstraße and about 10 minutes to the central railway station.
There is an EDEKA and PENNY close by for your grocery shopping.
Flatmates:
Tana (MEX): makes finger licking delicious mexican food and is very fond of coffee in the morning.
Selma (TUN): your go to person for your party needs, this techno freak is known to be the life of electro parties.
BEN (GER): he is currently doing an internship at the European council in Brussels. A top bloke and a future diplomat to have around.
Martina (ITA): she is recently not often at the WG, having met the amore of her life. Dances majestically once encountered.
Vishv (IND): soon to be replaced by you. I am moving to Munich in April to start with a new job.
You:
we are looking for someone who is quiet (not reserved), active (not freakish) and respects the cleanliness around him. You will always be welcome to join in on any activities going on in the living room. Kindly write to us, telling us about yourselves, what you do in Freiburg and how you can help maintain the WGs charm, that it has acquired over decades of partnership. Cleanliness is of high importance and any non-adherence to the cleaning schedule will be met with the strongest of rebukes.
Moving in date is between 16th April and 1st May. We can discuss this together as per our needs.
Warm rent of the place is 430€ and includes everything: water, electricity, garbage, wifi, radio fees (Funkgebühr).
