Das Zimmer ist nach Süd-Osten ausgerichtet und daher sehr hell. Es ist 20qm groß, obwohl es durch die schräge Decke eigentlich etwas größer ist und genug Platz für ein Sofa sowie ein Bett und alle Ihre Sachen bietet. Es hat Laminatboden und kommt voll möbliert mit einem Kleiderschrank, Bett, Regale, eine Kommode und einen großen Schreibtisch und Stuhl. Der Internet-Router ist direkt neben dem Schreibtisch, so dass Sie erstaunliche WiFi als gut haben werden! Zusätzlich gibt es ein E-Piano/Keyboard und einen Drucker, die Sie nach Belieben nutzen oder wegstellen können. Es gibt auch einen Balkon zu benutzen.
Die Lage ist top: die Wohnung liegt direkt hinter dem Hauptbahnhof. Bei geöffneten Fenstern kann man natürlich manchmal die Züge hören, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern hat man totale Ruhe.
Durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist man natürlich auch sehr nah am Stadtzentrum. Der Colombipark ist weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und Sie sind in 15 Minuten am Bertoldsbrunnen. Straßenbahnen und Züge sind 5 Minuten entfernt, ebenso wie Edeka und der Supermarkt am Bahnhof (sonntags geöffnet!)

The Room:
The room is south-east facing and thus very bright. It is 20qm, although as it has a slanted ceiling, it is actually a bit larger and is plenty big enough to fit a sofa in as well as a bed and all your things. It has laminate flooring and comes fully-furnished with a wardrobe, bed, shelves, a chest of drawers and a large desk and chair. The internet router is right beside the desk, so you'll have amazing WiFi as well! Additionally, there is an e-piano/keyboard and a printer that you may use or store away as you please. There is also a balcony that you can use.

The Location:
The location is top: the apartment is situated right behind the main train station. With the windows open, you can of course hear the trains sometimes, but with the windows shut you can have total peace.
Obviously, being close to the station, you are very close to the city center as well. Colombipark is less than a 10 minute walk away and you're at Bertoldsbrunnen in 15 minutes. Trams and trains are available 5 minutes away, as are Edeka and the Supermarkt am Bahnhof (open on Sundays!)

Carsten, 51, works in the metal trade - he's quiet and usually keeps to himself but is also very nice.
Martin, 62, is working as a pedagogical specialist with teenagers. He's very social, good-natured and charismatic - really fun to chat with on the balcony or in the kitchen!
