2 WG-Zimmer in freundlicher 5er WG (1 Durchgangszimmer, ideal für Paar)

Wir wohnen in Freiburg-Uffhausen (zwischen Vauban und Haslach), mit dem Rad braucht man ca. 12 Minuten in die Stadtmitte und 15 Minuten zum Institutsviertel. 100m entfernt ist ein großes Edeka-Center. Die DAV-Kletterhalle ist ganz in der Nähe und man ist schnell am Schönberg. Die Buslinie 11 fährt 250m entfernt ab und zur Tram 3 oder 5 sind es jeweils 750m. Das Haus liegt zwar halb im Gewerbegebiet, trotzdem ist es ziemlich ruhig. Tagsüber gibt es manchmal Lieferverkehr zum Grundstück gegenüber, da die beiden Zimmer ihre Fenster nach hinten haben, hört man davon dort aber nicht viel.


We live in Freiburg-Uffhausen (between Vauban and Haslach), by bike it takes about 12 minutes to the city center and 15 minutes to the STEM campus. 100m away is a large Edeka-Center. The DAV climbing gym is very close by and you can quickly reach the Schönberg for a nice hike. The bus line 11 leaves 250m away and trams 3 and 5 are 750m away. The house is halfway in the industrial area, but it is still quite quiet. During the day there is sometimes delivery traffic to the property on the other side of the street, but since the two rooms have their windows to the back, you won't hear much of it there.

Wir sind aktuell:
- Timo, im Master Chemie und begeisterter Kletterer
- Alberto, Postdoc in angewandter Mathematik
- Julian, nur am Wochenende manchmal da, weil er in Brüssel arbeitet

Wir sind keine Party-WG, sondern machen eher Spieleabende oder sitzen einfach nett zusammen, wenn es sich ergibt.

Neue Mitbewohner sollten das kleine Einmaleins von Energiesparen und Mülltrennung beherrschen und daheim gelernt haben, wie man einen Staubsauger bedient und kocht, ohne dabei die Kücheneinrichtung zu beschädigen.
Wir erwarten Grundrespekt vor den Bedürfnissen der Mitbewohner und der Einrichtung.
Ansonsten suchen wir einfach Menschen, die nett und lustig sind.


We are currently:

- Alberto, Postdoc in applied mathematics
- Julian, only sometimes there on weekends because he works in Brussels

We are not a party flat share, but rather make game evenings or just sit nicely together when it arises.

New roommates should know the basics of energy saving and waste separation and have learned at home how to operate a vacuum cleaner and cook without damaging the kitchen equipment.
We expect basic respect for the needs of the roommates and the furniture.
Otherwise, we simply look for people who are nice and funny.

Aufgrund der Corona-Situation würden wir zunächst eine Videobesichtigung vorschlagen, und wenn beiderseits ernsthaftes Interesse besteht, ein Treffen hier in der Wohnung vereinbaren. Falls Ihr zu den Menschen gehört, die Wohnungen live sehen müssen um davon einen Eindruck zu haben, können wir das aber natürlich auch einrichten.
