01.06. in my newly founded WG a room is released. It is a newly renovated penthouse apartment with 51 m2 living area plus 67 m2 roof terrace, with Kaiserstuhl Weitblick. The apartment is really ideal for relaxing, working outside and suitable for quiet summer evenings.
Costs:
The warm rental for the room is 690 €.
Electricity, Internet, garbage & GEZ we share fair – accurate figures follow as soon as the contracts stand (which I take care of).
A completely new fitted kitchen with induction field, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator is also provided.
I took the photos before the renovation.

zum 01.06. wird in meiner neu gegründeten WG ein Zimmer frei. Es handelt sich um eine frisch renovierte Penthouse Wohnung mit 51 m² Wohnfläche plus 67 m² Dachterrasse, mit Kaiserstuhl Weitblick. Die Wohnung ist wirklich ideal zum Entspannen, draußen Arbeiten und für ruhige Sommerabende geeignet.
Kosten:
Die Warmmiete für das Zimmer liegt bei 690 €.
Strom, Internet, Müll & GEZ teilen wir fair – genaue Zahlen folgen, sobald die Verträge stehen (darum kümmere ich mich).
Für eine komplett neue Einbauküche mit Induktionsfeld, Ofen, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank ist ebenfalls gesorgt.

The apartment is quiet in the east of Umkirch, with good access to the city. In about 20 minutes you will be in the city – by bus (stop in walking distance), bicycle or e-roller. By car, of course, you are even faster, under 10 minutes.
Supermarkets like Edeka, Aldi, Penny & Rossmann are directly in the village, all within walking distance.
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im Osten von Umkirch, mit guter Anbindung an die Stadt. In ca. 20 Minuten ist man in der City – per Bus (Haltestelle in Laufnähe), Fahrrad oder E-Roller. Mit dem Auto ist man natürlich noch schneller, unter 10 Minuten.
Supermärkte wie Edeka, Aldi, Penny & Rossmann sind direkt im Ort, alles fußläufig erreichbar.

I am 22, studying economic psychology, working part-time and supporting as scientific assistance. If I'm not just doing university or working on, I usually train, spend time with friends, I'm also happy to be in nature or cooking. At home, I am rather tidy, calm and relaxed.
I value respectful, relaxed handling. I don't need a long-term program in the WG, but it would be nice if you understand, exchange and maybe cook together. No party WG - if this is important to you, we will definitely find a good solution for using the roof terrace :)

Zu mir:
Ich bin 22, studiere Wirtschaftspsychologie, arbeite Teilzeit und unterstütze nebenbei als wissenschaftliche Assistenz. Wenn ich nicht gerade Uni mache oder am arbeiten bin, trainiere ich meistens, verbringe Zeit mit Freunden, bin auch gerne in der Natur unterwegs oder Koche. Zuhause bin ich eher ordentlich, ruhig und entspannt.
Ich lege Wert auf einen respektvollen, entspannten Umgang. Ich brauche kein Dauerprogramm in der WG, aber es wäre schön, wenn man sich gut versteht, sich austauscht und vielleicht mal zusammen kocht. Keine Party-WG - wenn dir das wichtig sein sollte finden wir aber bestimmt eine gute Lösung für die Nutzung der Dachterrasse :)
