In unserer internationalen WG wird ein Zimmer im 2. Stock frei. Die Bewohner kommen aus aller Welt und das macht die WG aus!
Das Zimmer hat eine Grundfläche von 16,2qm, eine Holzdecke und einen gemütlichen Teppich. Es ist voll möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Tisch und Stuhl - alles, was man braucht.
Das Haus verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, zwei Bäder, einen Gemeinschaftsraum, einen großen Balkon, eine große Terrasse, einen Garten, eine Garage - alles sehr geräumig. Im Keller gibt es einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Abstellfläche.
Der Mietpreis ist All-Inklusive (Heizung, Wasser, Betriebskosten, Strom, usw.) außer Internet. Das regelt die WG selbst. Hier kommen nochmal ca. 8€ pro Monat dazu.

A room is available on the 2nd floor of our international shared house. The residents come from all over the world and that's what makes the house special!
The room has a floor area of 31.5 sqm, a wooden ceiling and a cozy carpet. It is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, table and chair - everything you need.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a common room, a large balcony, a large terrace, a garden, a garage - all very spacious. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and storage space.
The rent includes everyhing (heating, water, power, etc.) except for internet. Internet is organized by the roomates themselves. There is an additional charge of approx. 8€ per month.
