Schönes, helles Zimmer mit Parkettboden, sehr ruhig und Blick ins Grüne. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert. Bett 1,40 x 2,00 m, Kleiderschrank, Regale ...
Einzugsdatum ist flexibel.
Derzeit leben wir zu dritt in der Wohnung. Halya und ihre zehnjährige Tochter Ewa kommen aus der Ukraine. Sehr gute Stimmung und viel Platz auf den Balkonen, zur Unterhaltung kommt noch Mea, die seit 15 Jahren dort lebende schwarze Katze.
7 Minuten zur U-Bahn und Innenstadt. Sehr nah am Stadtpark Fürth und Regnitzauen (ist im Sommer super zum Baden und Volleyball spielen). Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür.
Wir wohnen in einem schönen, hellen Altbau mit hohen Decken.
Wichtig als Mitbewohnerin eine Katzenliebhaberin - denn unsere vierte Bewohnerin ist Mea, eine weibliche Katzendame. Derzeit wohnen Galya, Ewa, Mea und Ich in der Wohnung. Es ist eine gute Stimmung und gutes Zusammenleben.
