Ich bin Cord und bin 24 Jahre alt. Im nächsten Semester werd ich ein Semester im Ausland studieren und daher suche ich für diesen Zeitraum (September - März) eine nette Person welche das Zimmer gerne zu der Zeit mieten möchte 😊✌️ Der Zeitraum kann nach Rücksprache auch gerne angepasst werden (+/- ein Monat).
Das 24qm große Zimmer ist Teil einer 2er-WG. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet (Bett, Couch, Schrank, Schreibtisch, etc.) - Bei Interesse können u.a. auch Fernseher & Monitore nach Absprache genutzt werden. Zu der WG gehört außerdem noch ein Abstellraum auf dem gleichen Stock, Fahrräder können in einem Gemeinschaftsraum im Keller abgestellt werden.

I am Cord and I am 24 years old. In the next semester I will study abroad for a semester and therefore I am looking for a nice person for this period (September - March) who would like to rent the room during that time 😊✌️ The period can also be adjusted by arrangement (+/- one month).
The 24sqm room is part of a 2-person shared apartment. The room is rented furnished (bed, couch, wardrobe, desk, etc.) - If interested, among other things, TV & monitors can be used upon agreement. There is also a storage room on the same floor, bicycles can be stored in a common room in the basement.

Die WG befindet sich in super Lage direkt in der Innenstadt. Supermärkte (Rewe & Tegut) sind 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, außerdem sind in der Straße viele verschiedene Restaurants und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Zentralcampus der Uni Göttingen ist in circa 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, der Nordcampus in 10-15min per Fahrrad oder Bus.

The shared flat is located directly in the city center in a great location. Supermarkets (Rewe & Tegut) are 1-2 minutes walk away, also in the street are many different restaurants and other shopping opportunities. The central campus of the University of Göttingen can be reached in about 7 minutes by foot, the north campus in 10-15min by bike or bus.

Das Leben in der WG ist generell sehr entspannt, mein Mitbewohner Maxi ist 24 und studiert Deutsch & Sport auf Lehramt. Generell machen wir gerne auch mit Freunden etwas in der WG, z.B. Kochabende oder Fußball schauen mit Freunden ✌️ Am besten wäre es wenn man sich in einem kurzen Gespräch etwas kennenlernt (gerne vor Ort, online ist aber auch kein Problem 😊).

Life in the shared flat is generally easy-going, my flatmate Maxi is 24 and is studying German & Sport as a teaching degree. In general, we like to do something with friends in the shared flat, e.g. cooking evenings or watching soccer with friends ✌️ It would be best if you get to know each other in a short conversation (on site or online) 😊
