Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 m^2 groß und hat zwei große Fenster, was den Raum sehr hell macht. Der Blick ist fast einzigartig in Göttingen, weil er direkt in unseren kleinen Garten und auf den Wall dahinter gerichtet ist und man daher nur grün sieht. Der Boden ist alter Dielenboden und strahlt viel Wärme aus. Durch die mehr als 2,5 m hohen Decken hat man viel Möglichkeit den Raum groß wirken zu lassen.
Ansonsten hat die Wohnung noch eine Küche mit Gasherd (für die Menschen, die gerne kochen unter euch, ist das genial) und ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne. Dazu gibt es noch ein Kellerabteil, einen Dachboden und einen kleinen Garten in dem im Moment alles Mögliche angepflanzt wird.
The room is about 15 m^2 and has two large windows, which makes the room very bright. The view is almost unique in Göttingen, because it is directed directly into our small garden and on the rampart behind it, so you can see only green. The floor is old floorboards and radiates a lot of warmth. Due to the more than 2.5 m high ceilings, you have a lot of opportunity to make the room look big.
Otherwise, the apartment has a kitchen with gas stove (for the people who like to cook among you, this is brilliant) and a small bathroom with bathtub. In addition, there is a basement compartment, an attic and a small garden.
Die Lage ist perfekt für jeden, der nicht weit laufen mag. Wir wohnen direkt in der Innenstadt: zum Hauptbahnhof sind es zu Fuß 10 min, die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 1 min entfernt, der nächste Rewe 2 min und wer gerne an der Leine joggen geht ist auch dort in 5 min. Außerdem braucht man bis zur Uni mit dem Rad ca. 5-10 min, je nachdem wie flott man radelt.
The location is perfect for everybody who doesn't want to walk too far. We are located directly in the city center so by foot it is 10 min to the train station, 1 min to got to the next bus stop and 2 min to REWE Supermarkt. Everyone who likes to go for a run can reach the Leine in within 5 min. By bike the university is 5-10 min away, depending on your fitness.
Unser Weg- Leben gestaltet sich eher ruhig und harmonisch. Jeder hat hier seinen Raum um sich zurückzuziehen, wenn er/sie mag. Sanghun ist 33, aus Süd-Korea und macht jetzt seinen Master in Forstwissenschaften. Grillen, Kochen, Wein und Whisky, sind seine kleinen Laster und Leidenschaften. Ansonsten joggt er gerne, ist gerne im Wald unterwegs, vorzugsweise Wandern. Thomas ist 32, hat die letzten 6 Jahre in Finnland gelebt und studiert jetzt hier im 9. Semester Medizin und ist viel draußen unterwegs. Egal ob Mountainbike, Klettern oder Wandern, Hauptsache bewegen ist sein Motto. Er geht auch gerne mal aus, und ist auch so für einen Schnack zu haben. Wir beide haben schon viel WG- Erfahrung und freuen uns über einen aufgeschlossenen Menschen, der auch gerne für einen Schnack, ein Bier oder einen Kochabend bzw. Grillen, im Sommer im kleinen Garten hinterm Haus (gerne auch vegetarisch), zu haben ist. Schön wäre, wenn du selber auch WG- Erfahrung hast und auch Lust hast, mit Menschen zusammen zu leben, vorzugsweise über 25 Jahre alt bist und ein Interesse an Sauberkeit hast. Da Sanghun noch etwas Probleme mit Deutsch hat, wäre die WG- Sprache hauptsächlich Englisch.
Our way of life is rather quiet and harmonious. Everyone has his/her space here to withdraw if he/she likes. Sanghun is 33, from South Korea and is now doing his Master in Forestry. Barbecue, cooking, wine and whisky, are his little vices and passions. Otherwise, he likes jogging, being in the forest, preferably hiking. Thomas is 32, has lived in Finland for the last 6 years and is now studying medicine here in his 9th semester and is outdoors a lot. No matter if mountain biking, climbing or hiking, the main thing is to move. He also likes to go out sometimes, and is also available for a chat. We both already have a lot of WG experience and are looking forward to an open-minded person who is also happy for a chat, a beer or a cookout or barbecue, in the summer in the small garden behind the house (also vegetarian). It would be nice if you yourself also have WG- experience and also have a desire to live with people, preferably over 25 years old and have an interest in cleanliness. Since Sanghun still struggles with the German language, the WG language would be mainly English.
Das Zimmer wird ab dem 1.11. frei. In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten inklusive GEZ, Internet, Strom und Gas enthalten.
