ich ziehe zum 15.05.2012 mit meiner Freundin zusammen und muss nun schweren Herzens meine geliebte WG verlassen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in bevorzugter Wohnlage in Göttingen, im schönen Ostviertel - nahe der Uni, der Innenstadt und den Schillerwiesen.
Bei den Warmkosten sind sämtliche Kosten (Strom, Internet, usw.) enthalten. Es fallen keine weiteren Kosten an.
EIN FRÜHERER EINZUG IST GGFS. MÖGLICH!!!
Mein Bett und die Kleiderschränke, sowie Schuhregal sollten übernommen werden (gegen geringe Gebühr). Mieter, die meine meine Möbel übernehmen werden bevorzugt.
