Das Zimmer befindet sich auf dem 6. Stock, umfasst 12 m2 und ist vollmobiliert und durch das Tageslicht ziemlich hell. Es gibt im Zimmer einen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch, einen Couchtisch, ein Bett, und eine breite 4-fächer-Wandregal. Darüber hinaus gibt es auch ziemlich viel Stauraum.
Du hast neben deinem eigenen Zimmer noch ein Wohnzimmer eine Küche, zwei Toiletten und ein Bad, welche du mit den anderen drei netten Mädchen teilst. Im gemeinsamen Raum gibt es auch viel Abstellraum. Auf jeder Ebene gibt es noch einen großen Balkon. In der angegebenen Kaltmiete sind alles, Heizung, Strom, Internet eingeschlossen.
Im Keller kannst du die Waschmaschine und Trockner jeweils gegen 1 euro benutzen.

Die WG ist zwischen dem Zentralcampus und Norduni, und befindet sich direkt am Klinikum. Mit dem Rad kannst du zu denen jeweils in 5 Minuten erreichen. Unter direkt am Gebäude hast du auch Buslinie 21, 22, 23 und 41,42. Du kannst überall ohne Problem erreichen.
In der Nähe ist ein Penny, eine Straße weiter sind auch REWE und Lidl.

Wir sind eine sehr bunte WG. Hier wohnen lauter internationale Studenten. Ana kommt aus Brasilien und studiert Englische Philologie im Master, Rahila kommt aus Indien und ist eine Physikstudentin, Yuke kommt aus China und studiert Interkulturelle Germanistik. Man trifft sich gerne im Wohnzimmer und den Tag dort ausklingen lassen, es gibt immer interessante Gespräche. Man soll aber auch die eigene Ruhe haben, wenn man ins Zimmer zurückziehen möchte. Zwar laden wir gerne Freunde vorbei, aber wir sind keine Party-WG. Ach ja, wir sprechen Englisch in der WG, aber Anna lernt gerade noch Deutsch.
Wir haben einen Putzplan und eine Haushaltskasse. Du sollst einer oder eine sein, der/die auf die Ordentlichkeit und Sauberkeit achtest. Darauf legen wir viel Wert. Es wird erfordert und als selbstverständlich gehalten, dass man in der WG Rücksicht auf einander nimmt und mit Respekt mit einander umgeht. Wir erwarten auch jemanden mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
You will live with drei international students here. Ana comes from Brazil and studies English Philology in the Master, Rahila comes from India and is a physics student, Yuke is from China and is studying Intercultural German Studies.
