Tolles WG-Zimmer in Uninähe ab Juli 23

Besser könnte die Lage in Graz gar nicht sein. Die Wohnung befindet sich in optimaler Lage für Studierende: Zur Uni Graz und zum nächsten Spar sind es nur drei Gehminuten. Die Kunstuni ist in nur zwei Gehminuten erreichbar. Und auch die TU ist in nur neun Minuten erreichbar. Die nächste Busstation ist direkt vor der Tür und die nächste Bimstation ist fünf Minuten entfernt. Auch ins Grüne ist es nicht weit. Zum Stadtpark sind es nur fünf Minuten und zum Hilmteich sind es 10 Minuten. Somit ist alles was man benötigt, in unmittelbarer Nähe :)

The location in Graz could not be better. The apartment is in an optimal location for students: It is only a three-minute walk to the University of Graz and the nearest Spar. The Kunstuni is only a two-minute walk away. And the TU can also be reached in just nine minutes. The nearest bus station is right outside the door and the next Bim station is five minutes away. It is also not far to the countryside. It is only five minutes to the city park and 10 minutes to the Hilmteich. Thus, everything you need is in the immediate neighborhood :)

Schweren Herzens verlasse ich diese tolle WG, da ich im Juni mein Studium beenden werde. Lukas (dein neuer Mitbewohner) und ich haben diese WG gemeinsam 2020 gegründet und seitdem einiges gemeinsam erlebt, weshalb es mir schwer fällt, hier auszuziehen.

Lukas (26) ist Psychologie-Student und wohnt bereits seit 2018 in Graz. In unserer großen Küche kommt es häufiger mal zu Spiele- oder Kochabenden und gelegentlich findet auch mal eine Party statt. Ansonsten herrscht eine entspannte Atmosphäre und jeder hat natürlich auch genügend Raum, sich zurückzuziehen.
Ein Putzplan ist vorhanden ;)

It is with a heavy heart that I leave this great shared flat, as I will finish my studies in June. Lukas (your new roommate) and I founded this shared apartment together in 2020 and have experienced a lot together since then, which is why it's hard for me to move out.

Lukas (26) is a psychology student and has been living in Graz since 2018. In our large kitchen there are often games or cooking happenings and occasionally a party takes place. Otherwise, there is a relaxed atmosphere and of course everyone has enough space to take his/her own time.

Das Zimmer steht ab Juli 2023 zur Miete zur Verfügung.

Keine Zusatzkosten: Die Gesamtmiete von 374 Euro enthält alles: Miete, Strom, Heizung, Internet und auch eine Versicherung.

Ein Gemeinschaftsgarten mit Fahrradabstellplatz steht auch zur Verfügung.

Wohnungsbesichtigungen vor Ort sind jederzeit möglich. Auch Online :)
