It not only allows a lot of daylight in, but also offers a beautiful view of the front side of the Old Technology building. There is a road right in front, but traffic is almost not heard in the room. Other pieces of furniture that can be used in the room and you can also use are an ear armchair-a mirror and a large box.
The modern kitchen does not look so large and has no dining table, but is fully equipped with stove, oven, kettle etc. From the place it has an ideal size for cooking but there is also enough storage space. There are also enough dishes that you can use everything.
The room therefore offers both room for living and studying and is a perfect retreat to feel comfortable. Erasmus students are also welcome!

Das Highlight des Zimmers ist das große Fenster, das nach Süden ausgerichtet ist. Es lässt nicht nur viel Tageslicht herein, sondern bietet auch einen schönen Blick auf die Frontseite des Gebäudes der Alten Technik. Direkt davor verläuft eine Straße, den Verkehr hört man aber fast nicht in das Zimmer hinein. Andere Möbelstücke, die sich im Zimmer benutzen und die du auch nutzen kannst, sind ein Ohrensessel-ein Spiegel und ein großer Kasten.
Die moderne Küche wirkt zwar nicht so groß und hat keinen Esstisch, ist aber komplett ausgestattet mit Herd, Ofen, Wasserkocher etc. Vom Platz her hat sie für das Kochen aber eine ideale Größe und Stauraum ist auch genug vorhanden. Es gibt auch genug Geschirr, das du alles mitbenutzen kannst.
Das Zimmer bietet demnach sowohl Platz zum Wohnen als auch zum Studieren und ist ein perfekter Rückzugsort, um dich wohlzufühlen. Erasmus-Studierende sind ebenfalls herzlich willkommen!

The apartment is located in an excellent location in the Univiertel with perfect connection to public transport. The WG is therefore perfectly located for students.
The main building of the old technology is just outside the door, the new technology and the KF are reached in about 10 minutes walk. KUG is a 3-minute walk away.
The Inffeldgasse campus can be reached in 7 minutes by bike and the FH Joanneum can be reached in about 20 minutes by 1 or 7.
At Jakominiplatz you can walk in 10 minutes (or with the Bim in 2 minutes) The city park, a saving and the Bim 1, 3, 5, 7 and bus lines 31 and 39 can be reached in 3 minutes.
Nearby there is also a charming small cinema in Rechbauerstraße and several bars. Shopping facilities are excellent: A spar is located directly on the Maiffredygasse, a billa is just six minutes away. The Billa am Jakominiplatz is suitable for larger purchases and offers a DM, a gym and a “building kit” area5 with views.
Fresh, regional products can be found daily on the farm market at Kaiser-Josef-Platz (5 minutes walk). The surroundings also have a lot to offer: One of the best bakeries in the city is just 3 minutes away, popular student cafés such as the “Tribeka” or “Café Kork” are nearby, as well as a kebap house. He is always for a round of chess, likes to take you to pub quizzes and loves to chat about everything possible – from natural sciences to the small thoughts of everyday life.
Our living together in the apartment is very relaxed and uncomplicated. On some days we play Mario Kart on the Nintendo Switch or just kick in the kitchen. At the same time, we respect our mutual freedom and are also happy to be easy for us. So also a quiet evening in your own room is nothing in the way.
