Ich vermiete in in einer 210 qm großen Villa, im ersten Obergeschoss, 2 Zimmer, 25 qm und 29 qm für 396 Euro bzw. 420 Euro . Die beiden Zimmer können auch teilmöbliert gemietet werde. Die Villa verfügt über 100 qm gemeinsam nutzbarem Wohnraum, Küche, Bad, 2 Toiletten, großer Wohnraum mit Kaminofen, des weitern können Keller, Dachboden Gästezimmer, Garten und Terrasse genutzt werden. Das Haus steht auf einem parkähnlichen Grundstück.
Das Gebäude befindet sich in zentraler Lage verkehrsberuhigt in Groitzsch. Eine Kleinstadt 20 km südlich von Leipzig, in der Nähe des Leipziger Neuseenlandes. Der Ort ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.
Ich bin 54 Jahre alt und arbeite als Physiotherapeutin und Feldenkrais- Lehrerin. Nach persönlicher Neuorientierung möchte ich eine 3er Wohngemeinschaft bilden. Die künftigen Mitbewohner*innen sollten an einer Hausgemeinschaft interessiert sein.
