Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich suche ab August für mein Zimmer in der Neustadt einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung bietet ein helles Bad, eine gemütliche Küche und einen Balkon zum Innenhof. Das Zimmer ist etwa 12 m² klein, mit PVC ausgelegt und hat einen Zugang zum Balkon. Für 100 Euro kann das eingebaute Hochbett gern übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der belebten Neustadt. Bars, Clubs, Restaurants und alles was das Herz begehrt, liegen direkt um die Ecke. Zum Entspannen in den Alaunpark oder zum Feiern sind es nur wenige Minuten.
Meine Mitbewohner sind Robert (32) und Coline (26), zwei offene, unternehmungslustige und unkomplizierte Menschen, die sich schon auf den neuen WG-Zuwachs freuen.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, deshalb sind gemeinsame Kochabende mit Bierchen auf dem Balkon oder auch Party in der Neustadt gern gesehen. Aber jeder bekommt auch die Ruhe, die er braucht.
