Da ich und einer meiner Mitbewohner ausziehen, werden ab September 2 Zimmer zu Verfügung in unserer 3er-WG stehen. Mein Zimmer ist nach Westen ausgerichtet, ist ca. 18m2 groß und aufgrund der 2 großen Fenster ist sehr sehr hell --460€ warm--.
Das andere Zimmer ist etwa kleiner, es ist ca. 12 m2 groß und nach Osten ausgerichtet, was zu tollen sonnigen Morgen führt ---360 € warm---.
Die Möbel müssen teilweise übernommen werden. Darüber können wir bei der Besichtigung sprechen.

Since me and one of my roommates are moving out, 2 rooms will be available in our 3-bed flat share from September. My room is oriented to the west, is approx. 18m2 large and because of the 2 large windows is very very bright --460€ warm--.
The other room is a little bit smaller, it is about 12 m2 big and orientated to the east, which leads to great sunny mornings ---360 € warm---.
we need to come to an agreement about the furniture, because there are some things you have to buy. . We can talk about this during the Casting.
Die Lage ist echt toll, super-zentral. Die WG liegt zwischen dem Berliner Tor (U2, U3, S-Bahn) und der Burgstraße (U2, U4). Vom Berliner Tor (keine 10 Minuten Fußweg) ist man mit der U-Bahn in 2 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und in 5 Minuten am Jungfernstieg. Somit ist ganz Hamburg schnell zu erreichen. Ähnliches gilt auch für die Burgstraße (auch keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Bushaltestelle Borgfelder Straße ist quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden. Real am Berliner Tor, Aldi in der Eiffestraße und REWE an der Hammer Landstraße. Außer vielleicht REWE ist alles ganz gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. :)

The location is pretty cool. District Mitte. The apartment is located between Berliner Tor (U2, U3, S-Bahn) and Burgstraße (U2, U4). From Berliner Tor (less than 10 minutes walk) the main station is within 2 minutes and the Jungfernstieg within 5 minutes by Subway. Almost the same for Burgstraße (less than 10 minutes on foot). The Borgfelder Straße bus stop is literally on the doorstep. Shops are also available in the surrounding area. Real at Berliner Tor, Aldi in Eiffestraße and REWE on Hammer Landstraße. Except maybe REWE, everything is within walking distance. So getting around Hamburg is pretty easy. :)
Da Doga und ich gleichzeitig ausziehen, wird das WG-Leben mit Dir neu gestaltet und Du kannst direkt bei der Auswahl des dritten Mitbewohners mitentscheiden. In der WG wohnst du mit Nicolai (29) zusammen, der vor drei Wochen nach Hamburg gezogen ist und hier als Mobilitätsberater arbeitet. Er kommt gebürtig aus Kassel, geht gerne Joggen und Wandern und hat noch einen Zweitwohnsitz in Münster, zu dem er am Wochenende regelmäßig pendelt. Zu seinem Zimmer gehört noch ein schöner Balkon, der von allen Bewohner genutzt werden kann.
Die WG soll auf jeden Fall mehr als ein Zweck-WG sein, in der trotzdem jeder seine Freiräume und einen geregelten Tagesablauf hat. Wir haben einen Putzplan bei dem jeder alle drei Wochen mit der Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsräume dran ist (Küche, Flur, Bad).
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Ausreichend Stauraum ist durch ein eigenes Abteil auf dem Dachboden ebenfalls gegeben. Außerdem kann der große Garten hinter dem Haus jederzeit genutzt werden.

Because Doga and I are moving out at the same time, the flat share life with you will be redesigned and you can directly participate in the choice of the third flatmate. In the WG you will live together with Nicolai (29), who moved to Hamburg three weeks ago and works here as a mobility consultant. He was born in Kassel, enjoys jogging and hiking and has a second home in Münster, to which he commutes regularly on weekends. His room also has a beautiful balcony that can be used by all residents.
In any case, the flat share should be more than just a "Zweck-WG" flat share, in which everyone still has their own space and a regular daily routine. We have a cleaning schedule, where every three weeks it is everybody's turn to clean the common rooms (kitchen, hall, bathroom).
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Sufficient storage space is also provided by a separate compartment in the attic. Furthermore, the large garden behind the house can be used at any time.
Es wäre schön, wenn Du in deiner Kontaktaufnahme ein bisschen was über dich erzählen könntest und an welche Zimmer Du Interesse hättest. Der Vermieter möchte eine Mindestmietdauer von einem Jahr vereinbaren und will, dass die WG als Männer-WG bleibt. Sollten wir uns für dich entscheiden, wird der Vermieter außerdem Gehaltsnachweise und Schufa (request now) -Auskunft benötigen. Wir melden uns dann so schnell wie möglich bei dir, um ein Kennenlernen/ eine Besichtigung zu vereinbaren.

It would be nice if you could tell a little bit about yourself and let us know in wich Room you are intresting. The landlord would like to arrange a minimum rental period of one year and he wants to be it a men's share flat. If we decide to rent for you, the landlord will also require salary statements and Schufa (request now) information. We will then contact you as soon as possible to arrange a meeting / inspection.
