Your future room has a size of about 20sqm, which is only appreciated for the first time, because as can be seen in the photos, roof slopes are also coming into play. The room is very bright and large. You have your own floor and can arrange yourself up comfortably. There is a space-saving staircase up, this is a bit steep, but you get used to it quickly. The two roof windows allow you to ventilate well in summer. The WG (and in front of you) has a space in front of the room. For a total of 50€, a pallet sofa, the small cabinets under the slope and the desk, would have to be missed.

Dein zukünftiges Zimmer hat eine Größe von ca. 20qm, das ist erstmal nur geschätzt weil ja wie auf den Fotos zu erkennen ist auch noch Dachschrägen ins Spiel kommen. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und groß. Man hat quasi seine eigene Etage und kann sich oben gemütlich einrichten. Es gibt eine Raumspartreppe nach oben, diese ist zwar ein bisschen steil, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Durch die beiden Dachfenster kann man auch im Sommer gut lüften. Ein Vorraum vor dem Zimmer bietet der WG (und vorallem dir) Stauraum. Übernommen werden müssten für insgesamt 50€ ein Palettensofa, die kleinen Schränke unter der Schräge und der Schreibtisch.
The apartment is located in the third row on Kieler Straße, so you get almost nothing from the street. In 3-4 minutes, the bus stop Basselweg is located, from which the line 4 passes directly to the University of Hamburg. The nearest S-Bahn stations are Stellingen and Langenfelde.
Nearby are Lidl, Aldi, Rewe and Budni.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in dritter Reihe an der Kieler Straße, so bekommt man von der Straße fast gar nichts mit. In 3-4 Minuten fußläufig befindet sich die Bushaltestelle Basselweg, von der aus die Linie 4 direkt zur Uni Hamburg durchfährt. Die nächstgelegenen S-Bahn Stationen sind Stellingen und Langenfelde.
In der Nähe sind auch Lidl, Aldi, Rewe und Budni.
The WG is a nice and quiet 3 WG :). Your roommates will be Tobias and I (Annika).
Tobias is 25 years old and studies library and information management in the 4th semester. He cocks and reads and is a very open person.
I (Annika) am 21 years old and study Molecular Life Sciences in the 4th semester. I also like to read and am quite a lot on the go, whether to meet with friends in Hamburg or to go to home.
We lead a quite relaxed WG life when you see it is always nice to talk, but it's all quite compulsive, depending on how it just fits. A WG evening or a game evening is also welcome. Visit is not a problem, of course.
Bei der WG handelt es sich um eine liebe und ruhige 3er WG :). Deine Mitbewohner werden Tobias und ich (Annika) sein.
Tobias ist 25 Jahre alt und studiert Bibliotheks- und Informationsmanagement im 4. Semester. Er zockt und liest gerne und ist ein sehr offener Mensch.
Ich (Annika) bin 21 Jahre alt und studiere Molecular Life Sciences im 4. Semester. Ich lese auch gerne und bin auch recht viel unterwegs, sei es mich in Hamburg mit Freunden zu treffen oder auch in die Heimat zu fahren.
Wir führen ein recht entspanntes WG-Leben, wenn man sich sieht ist es immer schön zu quatschen, aber es ist alles ganz zwanglos, je nachdem wie es gerade passt. Ein WG-Abend oder Spieleabend wird auch gerne mal gesehen. Besuch ist natürlich auch kein Problem.
Soo otherwise there is to mention that the WG has a living room with adjacent balcony, which is of course really great in summer. Unfortunately, there is only one bathroom that is rather small as in Hamburg, but that has never been a problem. Washing machine and dishwasher are available.
As mentioned above, your pre-rent would like to have a discount of 50€, this is for a pallet sofa, small cabinets that are under the slope and the desk.
The warm rental is currently 529,20€.

Soo sonst gibt es noch zu erwähnen, dass die WG ein Wohnzimmer mit angrenzendem Balkon hat, der natürlich jetzt im Sommer echt super ist. Es gibt leider nur ein Badezimmer, das wie für Hamburg typisch eher klein ist, aber das war bisher noch nie ein Problem. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden.
Wie schon oben erwähnt möchte deine Vormieterin einen Abschlag von 50€ haben, dieser ist für ein Palettensofa, kleine Schränke die sich unter der Schräge befinden und den Schreibtisch.
Die Warmmiete liegt aktuell bei 529,20€.
