Die Wohnung liegt zwischen dem Universitätsviertel und der Schanze zentrumsnah in Hamburg. Du findest direkte Anbindung an die Buslinien 4, 5, 15 und 181; an die U-Bahn U3 und U2 und auch die S-Bahnstation Sternschanze (S3/S31) ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt, der Dammtorbahnhof 15 Minuten. Die Wohnung befindet sich trotz der zentralen Lage in einer relativ ruhigen und sehr grünen 30er Zonen Straße.
The apartment is located between the university district and Sternschanze close to the center of Hamburg. You will find direct connections to bus lines 4, 5, 15 and 181; to the subway U3 and U2 and also the S-Bahn station Sternschanze (S3/S31) is only 10 minutes away, the Dammtor station 15 minutes away. Despite the central location, the apartment is located in a relatively quiet and very green 30s zone street.
Wir leben hier zu zweit mit einem kleinen Hund. Du solltest also keine Hundeallergie oder etwaige Abneigungen gegen Hunde haben. Es gibt einen Putzplan, an welchem du dich mit beteiligen würdest und eine Haushaltskasse für gemeinsam genutzte Produkte. Ist aber alles ganz entspannt und individuell anpassungsfähig 😁.
Ein vollständiger Impfschutz ist für mich aus gesundheitlichen Gründen wichtig.
Rassismus, Homophobie oder sonstige Engstirnigkeiten sind nicht akzeptabel.
Abgesehen davon bin ich ein offener, entspannter Mensch, der gerne bei einem Bierchen schnackt aber auch gut für sich sein kann.
We live here together with a small dog. So you should not have dog allergies or any dislike for dogs. There’s a cleaning plan you’d like to participate in and a household fund for shared products. But everything is completely relaxed and individually adaptable.
Full vaccination protection is important for me for health reasons.
I find racism, homophobia or other narrow-mindedness aren't acceptable.
Apart from that, I am an open minded, relaxed person who likes beertalks but can also be good for myself.
