Update: Bin gerade dabei das Zimmer einzurichten sodass es dann möbliert vermietet wird. Sollte bis Ende nächster Woche erledigt sein.
Da meine Mitbewohnerin schon vor Ende des Mietvertrages eine eigene Wohnung gefunden hat, vermiete ich ein Zimmer in meiner 2-Zimmer Wohnung. Es liegt ruhig und hell zum Hinterhof . Möglich wäre eine Vermietung auch schon ab dem 23.04.2019.
Wer also schnell eine Unterkunft braucht und dann weiter suchen möchte, kann sich gern melden.
Im Zimmer ist ein Kabelfernseh- und Internetanschluss und W-Lan steht auch zur Verfügung.
Zur U Bahn (U2/U4 Rauhes Haus) sind es ca 7 Minuten zu Fuß und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein Fitnessstudio sind direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite.
Das Freibad ist ca 300 m entfernt.
Ich selbst bin Handwerker, 50 Jahre alt und nutze die Wohnung nur von Montag bis Freitag bzw Donnerstag, je nachdem wie das arbeitstechnisch passt.
Die Waschmaschine in der Küche kann gern mitbenutzt werden und rauchen ist auf dem Balkon möglich.
Möglich sind auch Zwischenmieten von 1,2,3... Monaten falls ihr noch nach etwas anderem sucht.
