Ich bin von Oktober bis Ende Januar 2024 im Ausland und suche jemanden, der mein Zimmer solange bewohnen möchte :)
Das zu vermietende Zimmer hat ca. 16m² + einen Balkon.
Dein Zimmer hat hellen Teppich und eine grün gestrichene Wand mit dunkelgrauen und schwarzen Gardinen.
Du hast einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch, ein 2x2 großes Kallaxregal und ein 2x4 großes Kallaxregal, Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten auf denen man sitzen kann, eine Stehlampe und eine Schreibtischlampe.
Auf dem Balkon steht ein Tisch mit 2 Stühlen.
Dein Zimmer schaut zur Seite auf den Parkplatz.
Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsgarten hinter dem Haus, der zum Grillen, Sonnen, Federballspielen, Yoga oder was einem sonst so einfällt genutzt werden kann.
Du bringst selbst mit: Ein Bett, Bettwäsche, Handtücher.

You have a height adjustable desk, a 2x2 large Kallax shelf and a 2x4 large Kallax shelf, storage on which you can sit, a floor lamp and a desk lamp.
There is a table with 2 chairs on the balcony.
Your room looks out to the side onto the parking lot.
There is a communal garden behind the house that can be used for barbecuing, sunbathing, playing badminton, yoga or whatever else you can think of.
You need to bring: Your own Bed, bed sheets, towels.

Ich suche ab Oktober einen Untermieter, weil ich verreisen werde.
Dein Mitbewohner ist Tom, 44 Jahre alt und arbeitet manchmal im Homeoffice.
Im Haus gibt es eine freundliche Whats-App Gruppe, der du dich gerne anschließen kannst.
Jede Woche ist einer abwechselnd mit Putzen dran, zwischendurch sollte jeder seinen eigenen Kram wegräumen und sauber halten können.
Gesucht wird ein Nichtraucher! Tierhaltung ist nicht gestattet.

Raucher sind nicht erwünscht.
Zur Mitbenutzung ist verfügbar: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Kaffeekocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Föhn, div. Werkzeug uvm.
Das 7m² halbe Zimmer wird zum Lagern meiner persönlichen Gegenstände genutzt werden.

The basement can be used for safely storying your bike.
Outside they will be stolen (if it is a nice one).
Pets are not allowed.
Smokers are not welcome.
You can also use: The washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, hairdryer, various tools and much more.
The 7m² half room will be used to store my personal belongings.
