Die Wohnung selbst verfügt über eine moderne Küche, die mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet ist und sowohl für ausgiebige Kochabende als auch für den schnellen Kaffee am Morgen keine Wünsche offenlässt. Das Badezimmer bietet den Komfort einer Fußbodenheizung – ein angenehmer Vorteil in den kalten Monaten. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Balkon, der zum ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet ist und Raum für Entspannung im Freien bietet. Ein Fahrstuhl im Gebäude erleichtert zudem den Transport von Einkäufen und Gepäck in die entsprechende Etage.

Möchtest du ins Herz der Hamburger Innenstadt, erreichst du den Hauptbahnhof mit den S-Bahn Linien S3 und S5 in nur 25 Minuten. Unser Viertel zeichnet sich durch seinen reinen Wohncharakter aus, wobei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem zu Fuß in nur einigen Minuten erreichbar sind. Für Naturfreunde gibt es in der Nähe zahlreiche grüne Ecken, die zum Entspannen und Abschalten einladen.

Hey ich bin Marcel und bin vor ein paar Monaten für mein Masterstudium nach Hamburg gezogen. Bin also relativ neu hier in der Gegend. Was das WG-Leben angeht bin ich eigentlich sehr entspannt was alles angeht. Wir können zusammen kochen, Kaffee trinken, ein oder auch mehr Wein trinken und über alle möglich reden. Ich mag es allerdings auch gerne mal alleine zu entspannen, also alles kann, nichts muss. Bin da ziemlich entspannt was das angeht. Ein Viernes Social ist immer gerne willkommen! Die letzten 6 Jahre habe ich in Kolumbien gelebt und ein paar Gewohnheiten habe ich auch von dort mitgebracht, also störe dich bitte nicht daran, wenn öfters lateinamerikanische Musik läuft.
Bin sehr offen was eigentlich so alles angeht und bin der Meinung, dass die Grundlage dafür eine gute Kommunikation ist. Und daher würde ich einfach mal sagen, dass das beste ist wenn wir uns in Person kennenlernen :)
Hey, I'm Marcel and I moved to Hamburg a few months ago for my Master's degree. So I'm relatively new to the area. As far as living in a shared flat is concerned, I'm actually very relaxed about everything. We can cook together, drink coffee, have a wine or more and talk about anything. However, I also like to relax on my own, so anything goes, nothing has to. I'm pretty relaxed about that. A four-way social is always welcome! I've lived in Colombia for the last 6 years and I've brought a few habits with me from there, so please don't mind if Latin American music is often playing.
I'm very open-minded about everything and believe that good communication is the basis for this. And so I would just say that the best thing is for us to get to know each other in person :)
