Es handelt sich hier um eine 2er-WG in einem Altbauhaus, die Wohnung an sich (67 m²) ist.
Das Zimmer (ca. 17m²) ist wirklich ein Traum und bereits mit allem ausgestattet: Sofa, Schreibtisch, Rollstuhl, Schrank sowie Sideboard.
Das Bad ist etwas klein, aber hat dafür eine tolle Dusche. Die Küche ist standardmäßig ausgestattet: Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd, und Backofen. Eine Kaffeemaschine gibt es auch. In der Küche steht auch die Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine.
Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, der allerdings nur Aussicht auf einen Hinterhof bietet. Geschirr und alles Nötige ist bereits da. Staubsauger und Wäscheständer ist ebenso schon vorhanden. n der Wohnung ist W-LAN vorhanden. Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucher WG.
Die WG befindet sich im Herzen von Harburg. Es gibt diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke (u.a. die Hamburg Arcaden mit zahlreichen Geschäften), und die nächste S-Bahn Station (Harburg Rathaus) ist zu Fuß vielleicht 10 Minuten entfernt. Von dort ist man auch in 15-20 Minuten direkt am Hauptbahnhof bzw. in der Innenstadt.
Die Warmmiete beträgt insgesamt 580€ (Inkl. Internet, TV), Kaution: 1000€
Einzug wäre der 01.07, vermutlich geht es auch schon zum 15.06. - sollte man zu einer Vereinbarung kommen, werden auf jeden Fall noch folgende Dokumente benötigt:
- Kopie vom Personalausweis
- SCHUFA (request now) (jetzt beantragen)
- Einkommensnachweis (letzte 3 Monate) ODER Arbeitsvertrag ODER Bürgschaft
