Hohenfelde is centrally located in Hamburg. With its 1,15 square kilometers, it belongs to Hamburg's smallest districts and one can cross it in a nutshell on one of the major roads! Hohenfelde lies wedged between the much-experienced six-lings gates, the Mundsburger Canal and the roads Landwehr and Wartenau, which form the border with Borgfelde and Eilbek. In the west there are some 100 meters in best position. The villas in Uhlandstraße recall old times when Hohenfelde was one of the most prominent areas in Hamburg.

In Hohenfelde you can experience an exciting mix of young and older people, from wealthy and average earners, from luxury resort and appropriate SAGA apartment. Small service providers and craft businesses are expanding in the numerous backyards. Up to now, suitable rents also enable small businesses to pass here. To get to the district, you have to pass the city's most lively traffic axes. Through the six-part gates and Lübecker Straße, the professional traffic as well as the transit traffic flows towards the motorway. The share of roads is above average with 12 per cent of the area, and green areas are relatively few.

The most beautiful relaxation effect in nature is certainly a walk along the Schwanenwik and the Mundsburger Canal to the Kuhmühlenteich. Water sportsmen feel like fish in the water here, because they can take their canoe directly from the boathouse of the Hamburg Kanu Club to Alstertour. Kanu-Polo fans fight around the ball in the Mundsburg channel. If you just want to relax, you can take a look at the Alsterufer, sailboats and rowers and enjoy the city panorama.

Hohenfelde liegt ganz zentral in Hamburg. Mit seinen 1,15 Quadratkilometern gehört er zu Hamburgs kleinsten Stadtteilen und man kann ihn im Nu auf einer der großen Verkehrsstraßen durchqueren! Hohenfelde liegt eingekeilt zwischen der viel befahrenen Sechslingspforte, dem Mundsburger Kanal und den Straßen Landwehr und Wartenau, die die Grenze zu Borgfelde und Eilbek bilden. Im Westen gehören einige 100 Meter in bester Alsterlage dazu. Die Villen in der Uhlandstraße erinnern an alte Zeiten, in denen Hohenfelde zu den vornehmsten Gegenden Hamburgs zählte.

In Hohenfelde erlebt man einen spannenden Mix aus junger und älterer Bevölkerung, aus Wohlhabenden und Durchschnittverdienern, aus Luxusresort und zweckmäßiger SAGA-Wohnung. In den zahlreichen Hinterhöfen expandieren kleine Dienstleister und Handwerksbetriebe. Passable Mieten ermöglichen es bisher auch Kleinunternehmen, hier zu bestehen. Um in den Stadtteil gelangen, muss man die belebtesten Verkehrsachsen der Stadt passieren. Durch die Sechslingspforte und die Lübecker Straße fließt der Berufsverkehr sowie der Durchgangsverkehr Richtung Autobahn. Der Anteil der Verkehrsstraßen ist mit 12 Prozent der Stadtteilfläche überdurchschnittlich hoch, Grünanlagen sind relativ wenige vorhanden.

Den schönsten Entspannungseffekt in der Natur birgt sicherlich ein Spaziergang entlang der Schwanenwik und am Mundsburger Kanal bis zum Kuhmühlenteich. Wassersportler fühlen sich hier wie Fische im Wasser, denn sie können mit ihren Kanus direkt vom Bootshaus des Hamburger Kanu Clubs zu Alstertouren ablegen. Kanu-Polo Fans kämpfen im Mundsburger Kanal um den Ball. Wer einfach relaxen möchte, lässt sich am Alsterufer nieder, schaut Segelbooten und Ruderern nach und genießt das Stadtpanorama.

Since the beginning of the year, a dear intern lives in one of the rooms in the community. The third room is also rented in May. This is therefore a re-establishment of euner WG.

I'm Sophie, 23 years old, and I'm currently in the last stages of my psychology bikini. By the way, I work as a barista in a café here in Hamburg. I only moved to Hamburg at the beginning of the year and like to use my spare time to discover new corners of the city. I also regularly go to sports, like cooking and spending a lot of time out with my friends.

Seit Anfang des Jahres bewohnt eine liebe Praktikantin eines der Zimmer in der Wohngemeinschaft. Das dritte Zimmer wird im Mai ebenfalls neu vermietet. Daher handelt es sich um eine Neugründung euner WG.

Eine Kontaktaufnahme zur aktuellen Mieterin ist selbstverständlich möglich.

Hier ist eine kleine Vorstellung:

Ich bin Sophie, 23 Jahre alt, und befinde mich aktuell in den letzten Zügen meines Psychologie-Bachelors. Nebenbei arbeite ich als Barista in einem Café hier in Hamburg. Ich bin erst Anfang des Jahres nach Hamburg gezogen und nutze meine Freizeit gerne, um neue Ecken der Stadt zu entdecken. Außerdem gehe ich regelmäßig zum Sport, koche gern und verbringe viel Zeit draußen mit meinen Freund*innen.
