Semi-detached house with garden (women) Erstbezug Doppelhaushälfte mit Garten (Frauen)

Here we come to the “hook” of the whole thing, which I think is not a hook. The semi-detached house is located in Hammoor – a village that is perfectly connected to Hamburg and is easier to reach than many other districts that seem to be closer. In no less than 30 minutes you can travel by train in the city centre of Hamburg. The train even travels regularly (so every half hour to late at night).
By car it is 20 minutes (to Wandsbek).

Shops (Aldi, Rewe, Edeka, Lidl, Penny, Famila) are virtually right on site in Bargteheide. But until Aldi you can also walk to the emergency or go by bike in 7 minutes. The train station (and the city centre) in Bargteheide is also reached in 8 minutes by bus, which stops right in front of the door (120 m).

And now, in my opinion, we come to the beautiful part: and yet Hammoor is a village, it is picturesquely beautiful and embedded in meadows and fields. You can even see from the house and the garden in a field (not from every room).
Very close to several lakes (for which I even drive from Hamburg) and only 32 minutes by car to the Timmendorf beach on the Baltic Sea! If that doesn't sound like the perfect summer, I don't know.

Hier kommen wir zum „Haken“ der ganzen Sache, der meines Erachtens gar kein Haken ist. Die Doppelhaushälfte befindet sich in Hammoor – ein Dorf, das aber perfekt an Hamburg angebunden ist und leichter zu erreichen ist als manch anderer Stadtteil, der augenscheinlich näher dran liegt. Denn in nicht mal 30 Minuten ist man mit der Bahn in der Hamburger Innenstadt. Die Bahn fährt sogar regelmäßig (also alle halbe Stunde bis spät in die Nacht).
Mit dem Auto sind es 20 Minuten (bis Wandsbek).

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Rewe, Edeka, Lidl, Penny, Famila) sind quasi direkt vor Ort in Bargteheide. Bis Aldi kann man aber auch zur Not zu Fuß gehen oder in 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad hinfahren. Den Bahnhof (und die Innenstadt) in Bargteheide erreicht man auch in 8 Minuten mit dem Bus, der direkt vor der Tür hält (120 m).

Und jetzt kommen wir meiner Meinung nach zum schönen Part: und dennoch ist Hammoor ein Dorf, sprich es ist malerisch hübsch und eingebettet in Wiesen und Felder. Man kann sogar vom Haus und dem Garten aus auf ein Feld sehen (nicht von jedem Zimmer).
Ganz in der Nähe von mehreren Seen (zu denen ich von Hamburg aus sogar sonst fahre) und nur 32 Minuten mit dem Auto bis zum Timmendorfer Strand an der Ostsee! Wenn das nicht nach dem perfekten Sommer klingt, dann weiß ich auch nicht.

Since it is a WG re-establishment, living together will probably be strong after the roommates. It is important to me that you, like me, wish to become friends from roommates – naturally and unattended. I imagine a harmonious, facing environment in which each one of us can unfold freely. If we really harmonize well with each other, there is no need for strict compromises, but an intuitive coexistence that allows everyone to stay themselves.

The “common home” should nevertheless be your personal safe place and retreat, but it is the coexistence that makes the space a place where the home really feels alive and fulfilling – if it is authentic and enriching.

I wish you a home that I can look forward to and the beautiful part of the day starts properly (and is not ready when you come home.)

To my person: I am 26 years old, independent and love to travel. I am interested in profound topics that go beyond classical personality development (see more about natural processes and experiences).
My interests are diverse; to call a small example:
On the one hand, I love all about “girly” things, get ready together, drive convert (I got one)
On the other hand, I like being in nature, camping and being spontaneously adventurous.
So I'm leaving it for the first time:D
From the type, I am resting, sensitively awakened and cordial.

And want to move a lot in the world.

Da es sich um eine WG-Neugründung handelt, wird das Zusammenleben sich wahrscheinlich stark nach den Mitbewohnerinnen gestalten. Mir ist es wichtig, dass du dir ebenso wie ich wünschst, dass aus Mitbewohnerinnen Freundinnen werden – ganz natürlich und unaufgesetzt. Ich stelle mir ein harmonisches, zugewandtes Umfeld vor, in dem jede von uns sich frei entfalten kann. Wenn wir wirklich gut miteinander harmonieren, gibt es keine Notwendigkeit für strenge Kompromisse, sondern ein intuitives Miteinander, das es jeder ermöglicht, sie selbst zu bleiben.

Das „gemeinsame Heim“ soll nichtsdestotrotz dein persönlicher Safeplace und Rückzugsort sein, aber das Miteinander ist es, das den Raum zu einem Ort macht, an dem sich das Zuhause wirklich lebendig und erfüllend anfühlt – wenn es authentisch und bereichernd ist.

Ich wünsche mir nämlich ein Zuhause auf das ich mich freuen kann und der schöne Teil des Tages erst richtig startet (und nicht bereits zuende ist, wenn man nachhause kommt.)

Zu meiner Person: Ich bin 26 Jahre alt, selbstständig und liebe es, zu reisen. Ich interessiere mich für tiefgründige Themen, die über klassische Persönlichkeitsentwicklung hinausgehen (strebe eher natürliche Prozesse und Erfahrungen an.)
Meine Interessen sind vielfältig; um ein kleines Beispiel zu nennen:
Einerseits liebe ich alles rund um „girly“ Sachen , zusammen fertig machen, Cabrio fahren (ich hab eins)
Anderseits mag ichs gerne in der Natur zu sein, zu zelten und spontan abenteuerlich unterwegs zu sein.
Daher belasse ich es erstmal dabei :D
Vom Typ her bin ich in mir ruhend, feinfühlig aufgeweckt und herzlich.

Und möchte noch einiges in der Welt bewegen.

Important: With “fast” I really mean fast – I’m in close contact with the broker, have already visited the house and the landlords really love the idea. I have the chance to look for a roommate, but the house is not reserved yet. If someone is faster, the double house is unfortunately gone.

Wichtig: Mit „schnell“ meine ich wirklich schnell – ich stehe in engem Kontakt mit dem Makler, habe das Haus bereits besichtigt und die Vermieterinnen finden die Idee wirklich toll. Ich habe die Chance, noch nach einem Mitbewohner zu suchen, aber das Haus ist noch nicht reserviert. Sollte jemand schneller sein, ist das Doppelhaus leider weg.
