Wir wohnen hier am Stadtrand von Hamburg, doch ist die Verkehrsanbindung gut. Die nächste Bushaltestelle erreicht man in 5 Min., die S- Bahn in 10 Minuten. Diese braucht dann 20 Min. bis Altona und 30 Min. bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Das Hamburger Konservatorium ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Aldi, Lidl und zwei sehr gute Bäcker sind in 10-15 Min. fußläufig erreichbar. An bestimmten Tagen kommen ein Fischhändler und ein Obst- und Gemüsebauer zum Direktverkauf. Ein Bio-Supermarkt ist zu Fuß bzw. mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Die Umgebung ist grün. Ein Waldpark lädt zum Joggen und Grillen ein, die Feldmark zum Fahrradfahren und Skaten.
