Ein Zimmer wird zum 01.08.23 frei.
Die hellen Zimmer sind alle ca. 20qm groß und bieten viel Platz für Möbel. Eines der Zimmer hat eine breitere Fensterbank, auf der man auch mal schön in der Sonne sitzen kann (kleiner Ersatz für den Balkon). Trotz OG gibt es keine Schrägen und deswegen viel Platz.
Neben einer schönen Küche, gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche sowie einen großen Flur.
Im Keller gibt es neben einer eigenen Waschmaschine auch einen eigenen Kellerraum für Fahrräder etc. Diese können aber auch vor der Haustür geparkt werden.
Die meisten Möbel in dem Zimmer können für kleines Geld übernommen werden.
Für die gemeinsam genutzten Möbel (z.B. Küche, Waschmaschine) müssen 180EU gezahlt werden.

Most of the furniture in the room can be taken over for a good price.
For the shared furniture (e.g. kitchen, washing machine) 180EU must be paid.
The bright rooms are all about 20sqm with plenty of space for furniture. One of the rooms has a wider windowsill where you can sit in the sun (small substitute for the balcony). Despite the upper floor, there are no slopes and therefore a lot of space.
Besides a nice kitchen, there is a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a large hallway.
In the basement there is a separate washing machine as well as a separate basement room for bicycles, etc.. But these can also be parked in front of the front door.
Zur Hochschule sind es 3 Min. mit dem Fahrrad, zu Fuß 10 Min. Beide Edekas sind innerhalb 5 Min. mit dem Fahrrad oder 10 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Friedensschule, bei der der Hochschulsport stattfindet, ist in weniger als 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar.
Insgesamt liegt die WG sehr zentral und mitten in der Innenstadt.

To the university (HSHL) it is 3 min by bike and 10 min by foot. Both Edekas are within 5 min by bike or 10 min by foot.
The Friedensschule, where the university sports are held, is within less than 5 min walking distance.
Overall, the WG is very central and in the middle of the city center.
Die derzeitigen Mieter ziehen Ende Juli aus, da deren Studium bis dahin beendet sein wird.
