The apartment is centrally located between Conti-Campus and lawsuit market. Various shopping facilities (Netto, Penny, REWE, Denns, DM and Rossmann) are within walking distance in a few minutes and the ÖPNV connections (Klagesmarkt, Christkirche, Königsworther Platz and Steintor) are only 3-5 minutes away. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to the train station. The nearby Georgengartens and the Welfengarten invite you to long walks and/or to jog and a weekly market takes place every Saturday.

Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen zwischen Conti-Campus und Klagesmarkt. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Penny, REWE, Denns, DM und Rossmann) sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und auch die ÖPNV Anbindungen (Klagesmarkt, Christuskirche, Königsworther Platz und Steintor) sind nur 3-5 Minuten von hier entfernt. Zum Bahnhof dauert es etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die nah gelegenen Georgengärten und der Welfengarten laden zu langen Spaziergängen und/oder zum joggen ein und auf dem Klagesmarkt findet jeden Samstag ein Wochenmarkt statt.

In the WG you would live with Laura (30) and Jolanda (25).
Jolanda studies medicine and is more often in the biv under the week. In her free time she likes to go to university sports, take a bike tour or go to cafes.
Laura holds a PhD in higher education management. She meets a lot with friends, likes to travel and regularly goes to CampusFit.
Jolanda moved to the WG in mid-February and it developed a friendly relationship.
Both are happy with common cooking, Trash-TV, series marathons or relaxed balcony evenings with a glass of wine/beer on the balcony. It would be nice if you were important to you. Of course, there is always time for privacy and a closed door is respected. The balcony is shared by arrangement.

In der WG würdest du mit Laura (30) und Jolanda (25) zusammenwohnen.
Jolanda studiert Medizin und ist unter der Woche öfter in der Bib. In ihrer freien Zeit geht sie gerne zum Hochschulsport, macht eine Radtour oder geht in Cafés.
Laura promoviert im Bereich Hochschulmanagement. Sie trifft sich viel mit Freunden, reist gerne und geht regelmäßig zum CampusFit.
Jolanda ist Mitte Februar in die WG gezogen und es hat sich direkt ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis entwickelt.
Beide freuen sich über gemeines Kochen, Trash-TV, Serienmarathons oder entspannte Balkonabende mit einem Glas Wein/Bier auf dem Balkon. Es wäre schön, wenn du dir das auch wichtig ist. Für Privatsphäre ist natürlich auch stets Zeit und eine geschlossene Tür wird respektiert. Der Balkon wird nach Absprache gemeinschaftlich genutzt.

We are all the main tenants for our own room and conclude a contract with the rental. In the case of own income, this requires proof of the last three salary bills, without own income, a parent is included in the contract. A Schufa (request now) proof is also required.

Wir alle sind Hauptmieter für unser eigenes Zimmer und schließen zu dritt einen Vertrag mit der Vermietung. Bei eigenem Einkommen wird dabei ein Nachweis über die letzten drei Gehaltsabrechnungen benötigt, ohne eigenes Einkommen wird ein Elternteil mit in den Vertrag aufgenommen. Außerdem ist ein Schufa-Nachweis erforderlich.
