Hallo, ich verlasse mein kleines und helles Zimmer im Herzen von Handschuhsheim. Das Zimmer befindet sich in sehr schöner ruhiger Lage in Handschuhsheim ganz in der Nähe der Tiefburg. Im Umkreis von 20 Metern befinden sich mehrere Cafés und auch ein Penny-Supermarkt ist in der Nähe (5 min zu Fuß). Die Bahnstation Straße ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar (5 min). Zum Bismarckplatz sind es ca. 20 min zu Fuß oder 10 min mit dem Fahrrad. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem privaten Studentenwohnheim und daher wird das Bad mit weiteren 4 Personen geteilt. Jede Etage hat eine Toilette, so dass Sie, falls die Toilette in Ihrer Etage besetzt ist, eine andere benutzen können. Das Zimmer wird leer vermietet, es gibt nur noch eine Doppelmatratze.
Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Mieter ab 11. Juli! Sie müssen nur den Strom bezahlen (ca. 20-30€).

Hi, I left my small and light room in the heart of handschuhsheim. The room is located in very nice quiet place in Handschuhsheim very near the tiefburg. In 20 meters you can find several caffes shops and also there is a penny supermarket nearby (5 min walking). The strasse Bahn station is also Walkable (5 min). To reach the Bismarckplatz is about 20 min walking or 10 min cycling. The room is located in a private student house and therefore the bathroom is shared with more 4 people. Each floor has a toilet so in case the one in your floor is occupied you can use other one. The room is rented empty, now there is only a double mattress.
I am looking for a tenant from 11 of July! You just need to pay the electricity (around 20-30€).
