Das schicke Haus ist am südwestlichen Rand der Weststadt gelegen. Die Haltestellen Rudolf-Diesel-Straße oder Montpellier-Brücke sind keine 5 min zu Fuß entfernt und der Hauptbahnhof ist auch in Laufnähe. Gleich gegenüber sind McDonalds, KFC und Pizzahut.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele, alle maximal 5 min mit den Rad entfernt: Kaufland Weststadt, Mediamarkt oder Aldi Süd an der Czernybrücke sowie viele kleine Läden in der Weststadt.

The nice house is on the south-western edge of the Weststadt. Tram stops of Rudolf-Diesel-Straße or Montpellier-Brücke are fewer than 5 min on foot away and the Hauptbahnhof is reachable on foot too. Next to the house are a McDonalds, KFC and Pizzahut.
There are a lot of shopping opportunities in fewer than 5 min by bike: Kaufland Westadt, Mediamarkt, Aldi Süd at the Czernybrücke as well as several small shops in the Weststadt.

Deine erste Mitbewohnerin ist Sarah. Dein Vermieter und anderer Mitbewohner bin ich, Daniel, 34 Jahre alt, mit meine zwei Katzen Roxi und Sami.
Sarah (32) und ich haben beide studiert, sind eher vernünftig, ruhig und Nerds.
Roxi und Sami sind Wurfschwestern, Bengalen, 3 Jahre alt und superverspielt. Beide sind clicker- und leinentrainiert.
Das WG Leben ist sehr entspannt. Wir kochen und essen mindestens einmal die Woche miteinander. Wenn wir mal keine Lust haben bestellen wir uns eine Pizza. Dein Zimmer hat einen supergroßen Fernseher und in der bisherigen WG haben wir es als "zweites Wohnzimmer" genutzt (wäre cool wenn du uns weiter als Gästse dulden könntest, ist aber kein Muss).
Im Esszimmer ist ein großer Tisch für Abende mit Karten- oder Brettspiele. Besonders toll wäre es wenn du dich für Pen&Paper Rollenspiele könntest (ich bin mitten in einer DnD Kampagne, die Sarah DMed).

Ich bin für die Katzen verantwortlich. Katzenklo und Katzenfutter stehen bei mir im Zimmer - also musst du dich um nichts kümmern. Allerdings sind in jeden Zaimmer Kratz- und Schlafgelegenheiten für die Katzen. Für die Katzen sind mein Zimmer, Bad (wenn unbenutzt) und Esszimmer permanent offen. Sarah's Zimmer ist auch zu 90% offen. Dir ist es natürlich selbst überlassen ob du für die Katzen den Zutritt in dein Zimmer erlaubst. Falls du dich dafür entschließt bekommst du von mir Katzenzubehör kostenlos gestellt (z.b. Fenstergitter, Kratzbaum, Decken, Katzenhaarentferner).
Es ist allerdings sehr wichtig, dass du dich mit den Katzen beim Einzug beschäftigst (spielen ist besonders gut), damit sie sich in deiner Nähe wohl fühlen.

Your first roommate is Sarah. Your landlord and other roommate is me, Daniel, 34 years old, with my two cats Roxi and Sami.
Sarah (32) and I both studied, are reasonable, quiet and nerds.
Roxi and Sami are litter sisters, Bengal, 3 years old and super playful. Both are clicker and leash trained.
WG life is very relaxed. We cook and eat together at least once a week. If we don't feel like it, we order a pizza. Your room has a super-large TV and in the previous shared flat we used it as a "second living room" (it would be cool if you could continue to tolerate us as guests, but it's not a must).
In the dining room is a large table for evenings of card or board games. It would be especially great if you could sign up for pen&paper roleplaying games (I'm in the middle of a DnD campaign, the Sarah DMed).

I am responsible for the cats. The litter box and cat food are in my room - so you don't have to worry about anything. However, there are scratching and sleeping facilities for the cats in every room. My room, bathroom (when not in use) and dining room are permanently open to the cats. Sarah's room is also 90% open. It is of course up to you whether you allow the cats access to your room. If you decide to do this, I will provide you with cat accessories free of charge (e.g. window grilles, scratching post, blankets, cat hair remover).
However, it is very important that you engage with the cats when they move in (playing is especially good) so that they feel comfortable around you.
