Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert (Schreibtisch, Bett, Schrank), gemütlich und einzugsfertig. Es muss weder gestrichen noch anderweitig verändert werden, der Einzug wäre also sehr entspannt. Weil das Zimmer nur 10 Quadratmeter hat, würdest du auch noch unser kleines Wohnzimmer als deinen persönlichen Raum bekommen. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung ganz normal eingerichtet.
The room is fully furnished (desk, bed, wardrobe), cosy and ready to move in. It doesn't need to be painted or changed in any other way, so moving in would be very relaxed. As the room is only 10 square metres, you would also have our small living room as your personal space. Apart from that, the flat is furnished as normal
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 4 Minuten Fußweg vom Saalbahnhof und vom Spittelplatz entfernt, ist also gut angebunden und in Zentrums- und Uninähe (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Saale, das Wiesencenter, sowie Lidl und Edeka sind auch in direkter Umgebung. Alles ist wunderbar erreichbar und angebunden 😄
The flat is about a 4-minute walk from the Saalbahnhof and Spittelplatz, so it is well connected and close to the city centre and university (about a 10-minute walk). The Saale, the Wiesencenter, as well as Lidl and Edeka are also in the immediate vicinity. Everything is easily accessible and well connected 😄
Wir wohnen gerade zu Dritt in der Wohnung, Jason, Ecehan und ich, Jason und ich studieren noch, Ecehan macht gerade seinen Doktor. Die Bilgesu, von der du das Zimmer übernehmen würdest, ist schon ausgezogen und das Zimmer wäre auch schon frei. Generell ist unsere WG sehr entspannt - weil wir alle arbeiten, ist es meist sehr ruhig. Wir kennen uns schon länger und verstehen uns sehr gut, sind jetzt aber keine Party-WG oder Ähnliches. Komm gerne vorbei, wir freuen uns😄
There are three of us living in the flat at the moment, Jason, Ecehan and I. Jason and I are still studying and Ecehan is doing his doctorate. The Bilgesu from whom you would be taking over the room has already moved out and the room would already be free. In general, our shared flat is very relaxed - because we all work, it's usually very quiet. We've known each other for a while and get on very well, but we're not a party flat share or anything like that. Feel free to drop by, we look forward to meeting you😄
