Hello, I am moving out and will be renting out my 20 sq mts room in the WG in Eigelstein starting from May 2024.!
Schufa (request now) required!
- Regarding the Room
The room is fully furnished with a bed, work station and storage space. The Kitchen is also fully equipped with all the amenities i.e. dining table, cutlery, utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave etc. There is also a small store room with the washing machine and wardrobes.
- Location
The apartment’s location is very central, close to the Köln Hbf and has 4 other tram stations located within 5 mins walking distance i.e. Breslauer Platz, DOM, Hansaring & Ebertplatz. There are 3 grocery stores (Penny, Rewe & Karadag) within 200 meters from the apartment.
- The other flatmate is working full time and spends most of his time at work. The apartment environment is very chill and calm. Neighbors are friendly, quiet and welcoming.
- Students unfortunately aren’t preferred by the landlord due to the Schufa (request now) requirement.
- The decision to rent the room vests with the landlord and is up to their discretion.
