Hello everyone, I am moving out and will be renting out my 20 sq mts room in the WG in Eigelstein starting from June 2024.
- Schufa (request now) reuquired! Landlord asks for it specifically, hence not suitable for students
- Regarding the Room
The room is fully furnished with a bed, work station and storage space. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities i.e. dining table, cutlery, utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave etc. There is also a small store room with the washing machine and wardrobes.
- Location
The apartment’s location is very central, close to the Köln Hbf and has 4 other tram stations located within 5 mins walking distance i.e. Breslauer Platz, DOM, Hansaring & Ebertplatz. There are 3 grocery stores (Penny, Rewe & Karadag) within 200 meters from the apartment.
- The other flatmate is working full time and spends most of his time at work. The apartment environment is very chill and calm. Neighbors are friendly, quiet and welcoming. Pictures are attached below:
