Das Zimmer ist supersüß, möbliert, und hat trotzdem ein bequemes Boxspringbett, mit 140cm*"200cm, falls du also mal besuch hast, funktioniert das =) - Schreibtisch, Regal, Kommode, Kleiderschrank, ja unfassbar, aber alles passt tatsächlich hinein. Du hast sogar schon deine Tischlampe =)
In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß bist du bei Neumarkt, oder auch Barbarossaplatz, Rudolfplatz, Zülpicher platz. Uni, belgisches Viertel, alles ist einfach mega gut zu erreichen. Wir lieben den Standort.
Nachteil: MINI Küche- wer gerne kocht ist hier verloren... nur eine Herdplatte !!!
Also der Preis inkludiert: MEGA Lage, WLAN SCHNELL, Sehr ruhig, hell, großes Bad, Waschmaschine, eingerichtete Küche, Möbel und Putzdienst für die Gemeinschaftsfläche. Super Deal, find ich persönlich- keine Abrechnung und keine bösen Überraschungen, du bist all inclusive.

The house is a 2-minute walk from the Neumarkt (L1, L3, L4, L9) and a 2-minute walk from Poststraße (L18). Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, DM, Rossmann, as well as hundreds of clothes, furnishings and outdoor shops as well as many bars, cafés and restaurants are also within walking distance. Despite the very central location, the house is located in a very quiet street that ends in a turning hammer. When sleeping with an open window, you do not realize that you live in a big city.
Das Haus ist 2 Gehminuten vom Neumarkt (L1, L3, L4, L9) und 2 Gehminuten von der Haltestelle Poststraße (L18) entfernt. Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, DM, Rossmann, sowie hunderte Klamotten-, Einrichtungs- und Outdoorgeschäfte sowie sehr viele Bars, Cafés und Restaurants sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage liegt das Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Straße die in einem Wendehammer endet. Beim Schlafen mit offenem Fenster merkt man nicht, dass man in einer Großstadt lebt.

Seyfettin lives in the EC of the house, he does something with Birkenstock. Marduk lives on 1st floor he is Mexican and does IT and we have a bio shampoo company in the EC, so it always smells good with us! We are looking forward to who are sociable, because I would be happy to activate the house community again! + Su lives with baby luna in the attic. Who wants to upgrade his pocket money with babysitting has two in one =)

das Beste ist natürlich der Putzservice für küche und bad, dann gibts kein stress.
und DU?
Im EG des Hauses wohnt Seyfettin, er macht irgendwas bei Birkenstock. Marduk wohnt im 1. stock er ist Mexikaner und macht IT und wir haben eine bio shampoo Firma im EG, deswegen riecht es immer gut bei uns! Wir freuen uns auf wen geselligen, denn ich würde mich freuen die Haus community wieder etwas zu aktivieren! + Su wohnt mit Baby luna im Dachgeschoss. Wer sein Taschengeld mit Babysitten aufbessern will, hat hier zwei in eins =)
