Hallo!
Meine beiden Kater und ich (35) suchen zum 01.12.2021 oder später eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in) für unsere 78qm 3-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung (3,20m Deckenhöhe) in der Altstadt-Süd. Das freie Zimmer hat 15qm, Domblick und liegt zum ruhigen Hinterhof. Zur Zeit beträgt die Miete 600 EUR warm (inkl. Internet, Telefon, Strom etc.). Das Haus wurde von August 2020-April 2021 saniert (hat neue Wärmedämmung, Fenster und Anstrich bekommen). Daher wird sich die Miete eventuell ab Januar etwas erhöhen (ein Anwalt prüft das gerade - schlimmstenfalls 90 EUR).

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße zur Severinstraße mit sehr guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV (Heumarkt, Severinstraße fußläufig in 5-7 min). Außerdem sind es nur 150m zum Rhein. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens sind in 5-10 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen (REWE. in 5 min., Kiosk direkt an der Straßenecke) und in die Fußgängerzone (Hohe Straße, Schildergasse) läuft man auch nur 10 min.
Das ca. 22. qm große Wohnzimmer steht zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Im Haus sind fast alle Wohnungen WGs.
