Die Wohnung ist Teil von einem alten Gutshof und ein Törchen in unserem Garten führt direkt zum Rhein. Toll zum Joggen, Spazieren gehen usw.
Die Straßenbahnlinie 7 "Ensen, Gilgaustr." erreichst du in 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Sie bringt dich in 17min zum Heumarkt, aber auch Deutzer Freiheit, Neumarkt oder Rudolphplatz liegen z.B. auf ihrer Linie.
In nur 10 Minuten Fußweg gibt es auch einen Edeka, Lidl, Post, Kiosk, Getränkemarkt, Friseur, Sparkasse, Zahnarzt und ein italienisches Restaurant.
Genügend Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße.
[Von Manon: Wenn du gerne Fahrrad fährst, kannst du das Zentrum auch erreichen, indem du entweder am Rhein entlang fährst oder wie ich den geschützten Fahrradweg neben der normalen Straße benutzt.

The apartment is part of an old farm ground and a door in our garden leads directly to the Rhine river. Perfect for jogging, biking etc.
You need 8min by foot to reach the tram 7 " Ensen, Gilgaustr.". It takes you in 17min to Heumarkt but Deutzer Freiheit, Neumarkt or Rudolphplatz are also on its line for example.
In just 10 minutes by foot there is also an Edeka, Lidl, Post office, Kiosk, Beverage shop, Hairdresser, Sparkasse, Dentist and an Italian restaurant.
Enough spaces to park a car on the street.

Ich habe einen Kater (er bleibt bei mir und du musst dich nicht darum kümmern), koche und bin gerne kreativ. Ich würde sagen, ich bin unkompliziert und eine offene und ehrliche Kommunikation ist mir wichtig. Es sollte sauber sein, aber ich finde zu zweit braucht man keinen Putzplan 😉
I have a cat (he stays with me and you won't have to take care of him), cook and like being creative. I would say I'm pretty uncomplicated and an open and honest communication is important to me. I like it clean but don't think we need a cleaning plan when it's just the two of us 😉
