Es handelt sich um eine vor ca 3 jahren kernsanierte Wohnung. Das zimmer ist recht klein aber man kann es sich definitiv gemütlich machen und es passt mehr rein als man meint. Bei bedarf kann für einen kleinen aufpreis das Bett (140x200) und eine Kommode übernommen werden(50€). Küche und Bad sind selbstverständlich auch kernsaniert.
Sehr gute lage mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten welche zu fuß zu erreichen sind. Genau wie die bus und Bahn Anbindungen. Eine Haltestelle ist quasi direkt vor der Tür.
Momentan handelt es sich noch eher um eine Zweck WG.
Zudem wohnt noch Paul in der WG. Er ist 25 Jahre alt. Und eher ein ruhigerer typ.
Genauso wie jesko. Der ist 22.
Ansonsten gibt es soweit nicht viel zu erzählen. Wir haben in der Wohnung alles was man braucht.
