I have a room (15 sqm) in a 3-room flat for rent from 1 May or later oto 31 August (potentially extendable to 1 May 2023).
I am often home-office based in northern Germany (at least half the month for the next months), so a flatmate would often have the flat to herself.The minimum rental period is 3 months.
Info zur Wohnung: Baujahr 1955, Bad / Küche / Böden 2010 renoviert, Laminatboden (Fliesen in Küche und Bad), Gasheizung (Therme von 2016) Fenster aus den 80ern. Küchenzeile mit Spüle, Waschmaschine und Ofen, kleiner Kühlschrank, kleine Gefriertruhe.
Die Wohnung ist in Humboldt-Gremberg (2 Stationen vom Hauptbahnhof; S-Bahnhof Trimbornstraße oder U-Bahnhof Kalk-Post). Sie liegt im 2. Stock und hat ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon zum Hinterhof. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zur Straße. Der Geräuschpegel ist normal. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung (rauchen ist auf dem Balkon möglich), keine Haustiere erlaubt.
Info about the flat: Year of construction 1955, bathroom / kitchen / floors renovated in 2010, laminate flooring (tiles in kitchen and bathroom), gas heating (boiler from 2016) windows from the 80s. Kitchenette with sink, washing machine and oven, small fridge, small freezer.
The flat is in Humboldt-Gremberg (2 stops from the main station; S-Bahn station Trimbornstraße or U-Bahn station Kalk-Post). It is on the 2nd floor and has a living room with a balcony
facing the backyard. The bedroom faces the street. The noise level is normal. The flat is a non-smoking flat (smoking possible on the balcony) , no pets allowed.
Die Pauschalmiete für das Zimmer beträgt 490€ (inklusive Internet und Strom). Die Kaution beträgt 1100€. Die folgenden Unterlagen sind erforderlich: Einkommensnachweis, Schufa (request now) , Haftpflichtversicherung (falls noch nicht vorhanden: sie kostet etwa 30€ pro Jahr) und Corona-Impfung (Booster).
Zu meiner Person: ich bin 56 Jahre alt und bin berufstätig (Wissenschaftlerin). Ich spreche fließend Deutsch und Englisch und ein wenig Spanisch.
Das Alter der Mitbewohnerin ist egal, zuverlässig und ruhig mit gesichertem Einkommen sind die Hauptkriterien.
