The room is about 13 m2 tall, south facing and offers a warm, pleasant atmosphere with plenty of daylight thanks to a large window. The room door leads directly into the fully equipped kitchen, which is shared. The apartment was renovated two years ago, equipped with vinyl floor (tiles in the bathroom) and is in a very well maintained condition. The room is rented unfurnished and is free from July.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 m² groß, südseitig ausgerichtet und bietet dank eines großen Fensters eine warme, angenehme Atmosphäre mit viel Tageslicht. Die Zimmertür führt direkt in die voll ausgestattete Küche, die gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird. Die Wohnung wurde vor zwei Jahren renoviert, mit Vinylboden (Fliesen im Badezimmer) ausgestattet und befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet und ist ab Juli frei.
The apartment is located in the 2nd OG on Buchforsstraße with good access to public transport:
- about a 7-minute walk to the railway station of Lines 1 and 9 as well as to the Kalker Hauptstraße, which offers numerous shopping opportunities.
- Bus stop of lines 159 and 171 is located almost directly in front of the door.
- about 15 minutes walk to Cologne Arcaden.
- TH Köln Campus Deutz is also within a short distance and easily accessible.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG auf der Buchforsstraße mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr:
- ca. 7 Gehminuten zur Bahnhaltestelle der Linien 1 und 9 sowie zur Kalker Hauptstraße, die zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten anbietet.
- Bushaltestelle der Linien 159 und 171 befindet sich fast direkt vor der Tür.
- ca. 15 Gehminuten zu Köln Arcaden.
- TH Köln Campus Deutz ist ebenfalls in kurzer Entfernung und gut erreichbar.

I am 23 years old and I am studying Pharmaceutical Chemistry at TH Köln. A respectful and annoying approach is very important to me in the WG everyday. Cleanliness has a very high priority for me, and I would be happy if that is also natural for you. I like it when you exchange with a coffee in the meantime and just enjoy a relaxed atmosphere in the WG. In my spare time I like to read, watch series or bake - also for the whole WG. Ich bin 23 Jahre alt und studiere Pharmazeutische Chemie an der TH Köln. Ein respektvoller und angenemer Umgang ist mir im WG-Alltag sehr wichtig. Sauberkeit hat für mich einen sehr hohen Stellenwert, und ich würde mich freuen, wenn das auch für Dich selbstverständlich ist. Ich mag es, wenn man sich zwischendurch mal bei einem Kaffee austauscht und einfach eine entspannte Atmosphäre in der WG herrscht. In meiner Freizeit lese ich gerne, schaue Serien oder backe - auch gerne für die ganze WG. Ich freue mich auf jemanden, der offen, rücksichtvoll und zuverlässig ist.
