Hallihallo ihr Lieben, für den Mai wird in unserer gemütlichen Wohnung ein Zimmer frei. Plus bis Mitte Mai hast du die Wohnung oft mal für dich alleine.

Zugegeben, mit 10m² ist das Zimmer recht klein und das Highlight der Wohnung ist definitiv das Wohnzimmer/die Wohnküche sowie der großzügige Balkon. Das Zimmer selbst ist mit einem Bett und Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Stauraum für deine Klamotten etc. gibt es ebenfalls. Auch im Keller sowie dem Rest der Wohnung wird sich Stauraum finden, wenn du etwas mehr mitbringst.

5 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof Ehrenfeld oder zur Linie 13. Station Körnerstraße (Linie 3,4) direkt vor der Haustür.

In der WG wohnen in der Zeit, neben dir, Laura (25, studiert im Master BWL) und Kilian (31, Designer und Selbstständig). Beide sind oft unterwegs und gerne mal ziemlich beschäftigt, in der Wohnküche sitzt man aber gerne mal abends gemütlich zusammen. Da beide von zu Hause aus arbeiten bzw. lernen, wäre es super wenn du unter der Woche auch einen "ruhigen" Alltag hast. Beide würdest du in der Mitte des Monats kennenlernen, wenn sie aus dem Urlaub zurückkehren.

Wir geben uns immer Mühe alles ordentlich und sauber zu halten, daher wäre es uns wichtig, dass du das ähnlich siehst. Offene Kommunikation und Ehrlichkeit schätzen wir ebenfalls. Fühl dich also frei einfach alles anzusprechen - auch wenn du nur für eine kurze Zeit bei uns wohnst. Auch du sollst dich schließlich wohlfühlen und es soll sich für niemanden wie in einer Zweck-WG anfühlen :)
