Central in Mülheim, but quiet. The Schleswigstraße is a parallel road to Graf-Adolf-Straße, and orthogonal to Frankfurter Straße, to which you can walk approx. 4 minutes on the go and there are DM, supermarkets, kiosks, restaurants and many other shops. The station Mülheim, Wiener Platz, Grünstraße and the S-Bahn stop Buchforst are all between 5min and 10min walk away and you are really excellently connected to the ÖPNV.

And the Rhine, which invites you to walks and is close to our WG (about 12min walk). Either you stay right-Rhine and walk over the cat's bridge and make it cozy there on the stone beach, explore the small port next door or walk left-Rhine in the Rheinauen.
Good places around the corner are: the Limes, Café Vreiheit, Café Jakuboswki and the most beautiful Rhine section!

Der Bahnhof Mülheim, Wiener Platz, Grünstraße und die S-Bahn Haltestelle Buchforst sind alle zwischen 5min und 10min zu Fuß entfernt und Du bist wirklich exzellent angebunden mit dem ÖPNV.

Und der Rhein, der lädt zu Spaziergängen ein und ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zu unserer WG (ca. 12min zu Fuß). Entweder bleibt man rechtsrheinisch und geht über die Katzenbuckel Brücke und macht es sich dort am Steinstrand gemütlich, erkundet den kleinen Hafen nebenan oder man geht linksrheinisch in den Rheinauen spazieren.
Gute Orte um die Ecke sind: Das Limes, Café Vreiheit, Café Jakuboswki und der eindeutig schönste Rheinabschnitt!

Bene (29) studies intercultural communication and education and works as an educational consultant. He is a cycling enthusiast and has already experienced this one or the other evening adventures and is looking forward to every companion on his tours through the Bergische Land. But you can also arrange for yoga or museum visit/concert with him. Table tennis and sunny evenings at Mülheimer Rheinufer are also favorite occupations :)

Clemens (29) makes his Master at the KatHo in Social Work and works with young people in Mülheim. Clemens is anti-fascist football fan and like to meet in the pub, ganauso but at the demo✊ His favorite place in the WG is the balcony.

Bianca (27) is new in Cologne and moves to 01.05. with us, she works at Café Rotkehlchen as a confectioner and is actually also a communication designer. She always likes (common) cooking sessions, usually a new creative project at the start, loves games evenings and has nothing against the one or other techno night.

In total as WG, everyone maintains a nice and friendly relationship with each other. We are happy to sit together in the kitchen or go together to the Rhine. Occasionally, we also play a round of caterers, cook together or do something.
Cleanliness and order is also important to us, which is why we have a cleaning plan. We look forward to active living together and are looking forward to you! :)

Kommen wir zum wichtigsten Teil der Anzeige und deinen potenziellen Mitbewohnerinnen:

Bene (29) studiert Interkulturelle Kommunikation und Bildung und arbeitet als Bildungsreferent. Er ist fahrradbegeistert und hat auch schon das ein oder andere Abendteuer damit erlebt und freut sich über jede Begleitung auf seinen Touren durchs Bergische Land. Du kannst dich aber auch mit Ihm zum Yoga oder Museumsbesuch/Konzert verabreden. Außerdem sind Tischtennis und sonnige Abende am Mülheimer Rheinufer Lieblingsbeschäftigungen :)

Clemens (29) macht seinen Master an der KatHo in Sozialer Arbeit und arbeitet passenderweise mit Jugendlichen in Mülheim. Clemens ist antifaschistischer Fußballfan und gern mal in der Kneipe, ganauso aber auf der Demo anzutreffen✊ Sein Lieblingsort in der WG ist der Balkon.

Bianca (27) ist neu in Köln und zieht zum 01.05. bei uns ein, sie arbeitet im Café Rotkehlchen als Konditorin und ist eigentlich auch noch Kommunikationsdesignerin. Sie hat immer Lust auf (gemeinsame) Koch-Sessions, meist ein neues Kreativprojekt am Start, liebt Spieleabende und hat auch nichts gegen die ein oder andere Techno Nacht.

Insgesamt als WG pflegen alle ein nettes und freundschaftliches Verhältnis zueinander. Gerne sitzen wir auch gemeinsam in der Küche oder gehen zusammen eine Runde an den Rhein. Gelegentlich spielen wir auch mal eine Runde Sidler von Catan, kochen gemeinsam oder unternehmen etwas.
Die Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist uns auch wichtig, weshalb wir einen Putzplan haben. Wir freuen uns auf ein aktives Zusammenleben und sind gespannt auf dich! :)

In the room the wardrobe can be taken over and if necessary also the bed. More precisely, we can discuss it during the visit.

Solltest du nicht aus der Umgebung kommen, wäre ein erstes Kennenlernen via Zoom etc. auch möglich.

Im Zimmer kann auf jeden Fall der Kleiderschrank übernommen werden und ggf. auch noch das Bett. Genaueres können wir aber bei der Besichtigung besprechen.
Die Castings finden voraussichtlich am 12.05. statt.
