The apartment is quiet and green in the Stegerwald settlement – a pleasant, well connected corner of Cologne-Mülheim. Here it lives relaxed, with a lot of nature around it and yet you are quickly everywhere.

The connection by public transport is top: The next stop of line 4 is only approx. 3 minutes walk away, to line 3 you go about 7 minutes. From there you can quickly get to the city centre or to other areas.

Also the near supply is good: A gas station is only 4 minutes away, a rewe and a lidl can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. In Mülheim you will find everything else – from cafes and weekly market to pharmacies and drugstores. And who likes to be on the water: The Rhine can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot – perfect for walks or a jogging round on the water.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und grün in der Stegerwaldsiedlung – einer angenehmen, gut angebundenen Ecke von Köln-Mülheim. Hier lebt es sich entspannt, mit viel Natur drumherum und trotzdem ist man schnell überall.

Die Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist top: Die nächste Haltestelle der Linie 4 ist nur ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, zur Linie 3 gehst du etwa 7 Minuten. Von dort aus kommst du schnell in die Innenstadt oder in andere Stadtteile.

Auch die Nahversorgung ist gut: Eine Tankstelle liegt nur 4 Minuten entfernt, ein Rewe und ein Lidl sind jeweils in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In Mülheim selbst findest du alles Weitere – von Cafés und Wochenmarkt bis zu Apotheken und Drogerien. Und wer gern am Wasser ist: Der Rhein ist in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar – perfekt für Spaziergänge oder eine Joggingrunde am Wasser.

I am a rather quiet person in the apartment, like it relaxed and cozy. In my spare time I read a lot, go for a walk or drive bike – often easy to get the head off. At the same time, I am totally happy to go, love going on festivals, dancing and being out with friends. Travel also means a lot to me – I am always away for a long time, especially with the backpack.

In the WG, I wish a harmonious, respectful atmosphere in which one lets one another free space, but also crawls together, cooks or what takes place. I would like it if you would like to start something together – whether a small WG evening or a spontaneous trip. Everything can, nothing has to.

I live here with two cats that are an important part of my life. That's why it would be very important to me that you are pet-loving and can imagine lovingly taking care of the two in my absence – for example, when I'm on my way. Of course, there is a good instruction, and the two are quite uncomplicated.

Ich bin ein eher ruhiger Mensch in der Wohnung, mag es entspannt und gemütlich. In meiner Freizeit lese ich viel, gehe gerne spazieren oder fahre Fahrrad – oft auch einfach, um den Kopf freizubekommen. Gleichzeitig bin ich total gerne unterwegs, liebe es auf Festivals zu gehen, zu tanzen und mit Freund*innen draußen unterwegs zu sein. Reisen bedeutet mir auch viel – ich bin immer mal wieder für längere Zeit weg, besonders gerne mit dem Rucksack.

In der WG wünsche ich mir eine harmonische, respektvolle Atmosphäre, in der man sich gegenseitig Freiraum lässt, aber auch mal zusammen quatscht, kocht oder was unternimmt. Schön fände ich es, wenn du auch Lust hättest, mal gemeinsam was zu starten – ob ein kleiner WG-Abend oder ein spontaner Ausflug. Alles kann, nichts muss.

Ich lebe hier mit zwei Katzen, die ein wichtiger Teil meines Lebens sind. Deshalb wäre es mir super wichtig, dass du tierlieb bist und dir vorstellen kannst, dich in meiner Abwesenheit liebevoll um die beiden zu kümmern – zum Beispiel, wenn ich auf Reisen bin. Natürlich gibt’s dafür eine gute Einweisung, und die beiden sind ziemlich unkompliziert.
