In meiner 2er-WG wird ab dem 10.06 ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei. Der Mietzeitraum ist vorerst auf den 31.08 bzw. den 30.09 beschränkt (mehr Details, falls Interesse besteht).
Die Wohnung selbst ist 70 qm groß und das Zimmer ca. 20 qm! Insgesamt ist die Wohnung schön hell und liegt im 1. OG. Ein Kellerabteil und eine Garage für Fahrräder ist auch vorhanden!
Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen Straße mit vielen Altbauten. Der Stadtgarten ist in ca. 2 Minuten zu erreichen und der Grüngürtel ist auch ganz in der Nähe.
Die Haltestelle Christophstraße/Mediapark ist fußläufig 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestellen Hansaring und Köln West ca. 10 Minuten.
Ich bin 24 Jahre alt, studiere Sport und Ernährungsberatung und arbeite unter der Woche abends als Fitnesstrainer.
Ich ernähre mich vegan und suche dementsprechend eine*n Mitbewohner*in, welche*r sich (zumindest in der WG) vegetarisch/vegan ernährt.
Ich freue mich, wenn man ab und zu mal etwas zusammen unternimmt und abends zusammen auf dem Balkon chillen kann.
