The apartment is located in a perfect location with REWE, Penny, LIDL, Dm & co near the foot.
Since it is located on the edge of the Belgian neighborhood, a lot of bars, cafes etc. are nearby.
But also the Rathenauplatz and the Green Belt are just around the corner if you need some rest from the scurdy.

The Zülpicher Platz and the Rudolfsplatz are also within walking distance in a few minutes.
The location is perfect if you want to be in the middle of it, but you still enjoy the tranquility in the street.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer perfekten Lage mit REWE, Penny, LIDL, Dm & co in direkter Fußnähe.
Da sie am Rande des belgischen Viertels liegt, sind ganz viele Bars, Cafes etc. direkt in der Nähe.
Aber auch der Rathenauplatz und der Grüngürtel sind direkt ums Eck, falls man mal bisschen Ruhe vom Getrubel braucht.

Ebenfalls sind aber auch der Zülpicher Platz sowie der Rudolfsplatz in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die Lage ist also perfekt, wenn man schnell mittendrin sein möchte, aber man trotzdem auch die Ruhe in der Straße genießen.

Lotta, Lea and I live in the WG. Whether Lea is still not safe yet.
But Lotta is 24, working under the week in Bonn, but in the evening it is always there and also two days a week in the Home Office. She likes to go to sports, whether gym or jogging and is otherwise always inspiring for any spontaneous activity.

We always like to go together for a drink or drink together our coffee on a balcony or in the sun on our window bench or decide to go together on a concert one day before the next day!
At the moment we are thinking about how we can add something to our dining table in the hallway or generally the hallway - so if you still have ideas here, please feel happy about it:))

In der WG wohnen aktuell Lotta, Lea und ich. Ob Lea bleibt ist jedoch aktuell noch nicht sicher..
Aber Lotta ist 24, arbeitet unter der Woche in Bonn, ist aber abends immer wieder da bzw. auch zwei Tage die Woche im Home Office. Sie geht sehr gerne zum Sport, ob Gym oder Joggen und ist sonst immer für jede spontane Aktivität zu begeistern.

Wir gehen immer gerne zusammen was trinken oder trinken zusammen unseren Kaffee aufm Balkon oder in der Sonne auf unser Fensterbank oder entscheiden auch mal gerne einen Tag vorher am nächsten Tag zusammen auf n Konzert zu gehen!
Aktuell sund wir dabei zu überlegen, wie wir unseren Esstisch im Flur bzw generell den Flur noch etwas aufpeppeln können - falls du also hier noch Ideen hast, gerne her damit haha :))

Since I don't know when I'm back from the semester abroad, I'd like to rent the room until January 2026, after consultation but otherwise only by December.
But we can talk about this, whether shorter or longer and we already find a solution :)

Da ich noch nicht ganz weiß, ab wann ich aus dem Auslandssemester zurück bin, würde ich das Zimmer erstmal gerne bis Januar 2026 vermieten, nach Absprache aber sonst auch evtl nur bis Dezember.
Hierüber können wir aber gerne reden, ob kürzer oder länger und wir finden schon ne Lösung :)
