Das Zimmer befindet sich in der unteren der beiden Etagen und ist das größte Zimmer in der WG. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet, kann ein paar Pflanzen vorweisen und alle Möbel die man so braucht. Der Schreibtisch ist mit Monitor, Tastatur und Maus ausgestattet, sodass man hier gut aus dem Homeoffice arbeiten kann. Es gibt sonst nicht viel zu dem Zimmer zu sagen, ich glaube das meiste erkennt man an den Bildern.
The room is located on the lower of the two floors and is the largest room in the shared flat. It is comfortably furnished, has a few plants and all the furniture you need. The desk is equipped with a monitor, keyboard and mouse, making it easy to work from home. There's not much else to say about the room, I think you can tell most of it from the pictures.
Du bist hier im Herzen von Nippes, in direkter Lage zur Neusser Straße. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens liegen in direkter Umgebung ob Bäcker, Aldi, Rewe, Thai Food, Kodi, Rossmann, Poldi-Döner und viele mehr. Ein paar Gehminuten entfernt liegt der schöne Lohse-Park der zum Spazieren einlädt. Die Wohnung liegt je 4 Gehminuten zur Haltestelle Florastraße und Lohsestraße. Von hier aus kommst du mit der 12 oder 15 direkt zu allen Plätzen der Ringe. Auch die S-Bahn Haltestelle Nippes ist nicht sehr weit entfernt. Alles in allem sehr gut gelegen.
You are here in the heart of Nippes, in direct proximity to Neusser Straße. All the stores you need for everyday life are in the immediate vicinity, including a bakery, Aldi, Rewe, Thai Food, Kodi, Rossmann, Poldi-Döner and many more. The beautiful Lohse Park is just a few minutes' walk away and is perfect for a stroll. The apartment is a 4-minute walk from the Florastraße and Lohsestraße stops. From here you can take the 12 or 15 directly to all places at the Ringe. The Nippes S-Bahn stop is also not very far away. All in all, very well located.
Wir sind eine herrliche, familiär angehauchte WG aus Arbeitstätigen und Studentinnen. Ich kann meine MitbewohnerInnen nur als herzliche, witzige und tolle Menschen beschreiben. Die WG besteht im Prinzip aus zwei 3er WGs die übereinander liegen. In der unteren WG liegt die offene Küche und das Esszimmer, sowie ein Balkon. Oben hingegen haben wir unser Wohnzimmer, dass zum entspannten Binge-Watching einlädt. Die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight der WG und ist im Sommer unser Wohnzimmer.
Wir kennen uns schon länger und daher verbringen wir auch gerne gemeinsam Zeit mit kochen, spielen und manchmal trinken. Du kannst dich aber gerne in Ruhe zurückziehen, wie du möchtest.
Die WG hat Erfahrung mit ZwischenmieterInnen und ist aufgeschlossen und inklusiv.
We are a wonderful, family-style flat share made up of working people and students. I can only describe my flatmates as warm, funny and great people. The flat share basically consists of two 3-bed flats, one above the other. In the lower flat share is the open kitchen and dining room, as well as a balcony. Upstairs, on the other hand, we have our living room, which is perfect for relaxed binge-watching. The roof terrace is the highlight of the shared flat and is our living room in summer.
We've known each other for a long time, so we like to spend time together cooking, playing and sometimes drinking. However, you are welcome to withdraw in peace as you wish.
The flat share has experience with intermediate tenants and is open-minded and inclusive.
