Möbliertes WG-Zimmer / Altbauwohung mit Garten

Von der Wohnung aus ist man mit dem Fahrrad super schnell überall. Man braucht so circa 10 bis 15 min bis in die Innenstadt, Ehrenfeld und an den Rhein.
Die Bars und Clubs in Ehrenfeld sind fußläufig erreichbar (etwa 20 min) und das Gleiche gilt für alles, was man so im Alltag braucht. Aldi und Netto erreicht man beide in 2 min zu Fuß.
Die nächste Haltestelle ist der S-Bahnhof Nippes, dort fahren die S6 und S11 und auch die Buslinien 142 und 147. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man von dort weniger als 10 min. Die nächsten KVB-Haltestellen sind die Lohse Str. und Escher Str./Gürtel und man läuft dahin weniger als 15 min.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung trotz ihrer ruhigen Lage, super zentral und auch ganz gut angebunden! Ein großer Bonus ist der 24h Kiosk auf der anderen Straßenseite!


By bike you can reach the city center in about 10 to 15 min. The pubs and bars in Ehrenfeld are in walking distance (20 min) and so are all the daily-needs. There are various supermarkets just about 2 min away. The flat is really close to the S-Bahn Nippes (if needed, you can rush there in less than 3 min) and you can hop on to the bus lines 142 and 127 as well. So it's less than 10min to get to the Cologne main station. The next KVB stops are Escher Str./Gürtel and Lohse Str., and it will take you no more than 15 min to walk there. So all in all, the flat is pretty central, yet positioned in a very quiet street.
A big bonus is the 24h Kiosk on the other side of the street!

Patrick ist der Hauptmieter, doch obwohl er uns für die kommenden zwei Jahre verlässt, sind wir (Philipp und Annika) froh hier wohnen zu bleiben und uns um die Wohnung und die Zwischenmiete zu kümmern. Aktuell teilen wir uns die anderen beiden Zimmer (Schlafzimmer + Wohnzimmer). Allerdings wird Philipp im Spätsommer für eine Weile in die Niederlande ziehen, sodass eine weitere Person dazu kommen wird.
Im Allgemeinen sind wir sehr aktive Menschen und machen beide unser Ding. Da wir alle immer mal wieder von zuhause aus arbeiten, geben wir uns Mühe darauf Rücksicht zu nehmen. Aber wenn es passt kommen wir immer gerne alle zum kochen oder quatschen in der Küche zusammen oder fahren mal raus aus der Stadt. Wir haben alle immer mal wieder Freunde da, am häufigsten (nahezu täglich) besucht uns allerdings eine kuschelige, und seeeehr dicke Katze aus der Nachbarschaft.

Even though Patrick, who moves away for two years, is the main tenant, we (Philipp and Annika) are happy to keep living here in this beautiful flat and take care of it, the sub-let and everything that comes with it. For now, we share the other two rooms (bedroom + livingroom). Yet, Philipp will be moving to the Netherlands for about half a year in a few months, so there will be another person moving into the third bedroom.
In general, we are both pretty active people and do our thing each. As we all work from home at times, we try to be considerate. Yet we are happy to get together for cooking, long conversations, a film or to get out of the city if anyone feels up to it. We all have friends over every now and again, yet our most frequent visitor is a beloved and extraordinarily fat cat from the neighbourhood, who comes around and hangs about pretty much every day. :)

Alles andere lässt sich besser persönlich besprechen als wir es hier beschreiben könnten.
