bitte lesen Sie es sorgfältig durch: Ich habe eine große Wohnung mit einem großen Wohnzimmer (siehe Bilder). Wenn ich Besuch von Freunden habe, kann das Sofa in ein Einzelbett umgewandelt werden. Jetzt möchte ich mein Wohnzimmer in ein zusätzliches Zimmer für eine WG umwandeln, für 3, 4 oder 5 Monate, um etwas Geld zu sparen. Aus offensichtlichen Gründen ist das Zimmer nicht wie ein Schlafzimmer eingerichtet, aber Sie können gerne ein kleines Bett und einen Kleiderschrank mitbringen (die einzige Bedingung ist, dass Sie das Zimmer beim Auszug so hinterlassen, wie es jetzt ist). Die Miete sollte mindestens 200 Euro mehr betragen, aber aufgrund all der Dinge, die ich zuvor erwähnt habe, gebe ich einen großen Rabatt :). Ich habe ein paar Mal in einer WG gelebt und hatte immer ein gutes Verhältnis zu allen, ich bin eine ruhige, saubere und freundliche Person.

please read it carefully: I have a big apartment with a big living room (see pictures). When I have friends visiting me the Sofa can be converted to a single bed. Now I want to convert my living room into an extra room for a WG, for 3,4 or 5 months to save some money. For obvious reasons the room is not furnished like a bedroom, but you are very welcome to bring a small bed and wardrobe (the only condition is when you leave, you leave the room as it is now) the rent should be at least 200 euros more but because of all the things I mentioned before I am giving a big discount :). I lived in a WG couple of times and I always had good relationships with all, I am a calm, clean and friendly person.
