Hey !
Ich biete hier mein großzügig ausgestattetes WG-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Du verfügst hier über einen eigenen Balkon mit Sofa(! sweet Spot) und Blick in unseren schönen Garten. Ebenfalls hast du den Luxus eines eigenen Bads (Dusche, WC + Badewanne & Fußbodenheizung 😏). Ich werde fast alle Sachen hier lassen. Du hast also ein paar Musikinstrumente, einen Schreibtisch (+ Monitor), Bettzeug und sontigen Spaß. Meine einzige Bitte wäre, dass du dich gut um meine Pflanzen in der Abwesenheit kümmerst :)

I offer here my generously equipped shared room for interim rent. The room is spacious and comfortably furnished. You have your own balcony with sofa(! sweet Spot) and view into our beautiful garden. Also you have the luxury of your own bathroom (shower, toilet + bathtub & floor heating 😏). I will leave almost all stuff here. So you have some musical instruments, a desk (+ monitor), bedding and other fun stuff. My only request would be that you take good care of my plants in the absence :)
Das Haus ist in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Der Wald und ein paar Felder zum spazieren sind direkt um die Ecke. Ebenfalls findest du c.a. 5 min vom Haus einen Edeka und den Aldi.
Das Beste an der Wohngegend ist die schnelle Anbindung nach Köln. 5 min Fußweg zur S-Bahn und dann 10 min bis Ehrenfeld. Die S-Bahn kommt alle 10 min, somit ist man sehr mobil.
The house is in a very quiet residential area. The forest and a few fields for walking are just around the corner. Also you will find c.a. 5 min from the house an Edeka and Aldi.
The best thing about the neighborhood is the fast connection to Cologne. 5 min walk to the S-Bahn and then 10 min to Ehrenfeld. The S-Bahn comes every 10 min, so you are very mobile.

Gerne können wir vorher etwas telefonieren oder virtuell eine Tour machen. Das Haus ist echt der Hammer und du hast super viel Raum. Alle Zwischenmieter*innen, die wir hatten, sind immer noch Freunde der WG, was ja auch kein schlechtes Zeichen ist.
Die Zeiten der Zwischenmiete können wir gerne noch genauer absprechen und uns auf was einigen, was gut passt.

We can talk on the phone or take a virtual tour beforehand. The house is really awesome and you have a lot of space. All the interim tenants we had are still friends of the WG, which is not a bad sign.
The times of the Zwischenmiete we can discuss gladly still more exactly and agree on what fits well.
