I am looking for a roommate in my newly bought apartment. Apartment is very-well maintained and the room is fully furnished. I am flexible to rearrange the furniture as well. Apartment has 2 bathrooms, a new kitchen, and an elevator. There is also a parking place for bikes in the garage. Room is looking towards the green area on the back.
Location is very convenient and you can reach to bus or S-bahn by 3-5 minutes walking. Area is surrounded by parks and Nippes center can be reached by 5 minutes walking. Nippes is known for its organic and hip vibe and it is popular among the young people of Köln. Everything you need is available by a maximum of 10 minutes walking.
We are friendly and open-minded people, so we are looking for similar people. I am always excited to meet with the people who lead a purposeful life and looking for ways to improve themselves. As roommates, we like to hang out in or outside the apartment time to time. However, this is voluntary based, and each roommate freely chooses their level of involvement in social activities. Last but not least, cleanliness and respect for each other have utmost importance for a harmonious WG life.
Initial rental contract will be for 6 months and it can be extended when we have a good vibe together. Schufa (request now) and a proof of stable income(last 3 salary statements) are preferred. Due to high demand for the room, I will prioritize earlier applicants.
